Most things have sugars and fats in them- nutritionally this is ok, but it doesn't look like it'd be very filling. It's low fat (1%) and moderately low sugar (4%), but the serving size is tiny (30g). With something like that I'd probably want to eat much more than that serving size (more like 60 or 90g, heh), thus bringing the calories up to 210 or 315 rather than 105 (not including milk, or anything else to have with/ in/ on it). I seriously recommend porridge. This "fitness" stuff doesn't look special.
Yes, most vegetables can be steamed. I actually cook from frozen, but I add a little bit of water to the bottom of a container, add the beans, cover the container, and microwave (3 min on a 900w microwave from frozen).
Re hours- 12AM is the beginning of the day, so if you're up late on Tuesday night and it's 11:59, when it switches over to 12 it becomes 12AM and it's then Wednesday. 12PM is the middle of the day.
