breakfast 2 coffees
lunch 1 cup cooked rice ,2 tbs leftover meat sause little piece feta cheese ,1 tomatoe and onion salad
dinner little chicken ,tomatoe salad
snack coffe and 150 cals chocolate
120 crunches,arm weights and i managed 45 minutes on stepper
oh boy did i sweat on the step.and i burnt about the same i would on my bike,but i dont sweat like that on my bike.so maybe the calories arent right on those little machines that come with the equiptment....so that means i have no idea how much i burn.i really enjoyed it though even if i was hanging in there to make it to45 minutes.i''ll ty to do 1 hour tommorow.i also really like that i am working out 4 times a week these last weeks!it feels great,i need to drag myself at first but thenim soooo fine!
we took mario to a play place,dont know what they are called in english,its full of cushioned stairs,slides and lots of balls.we went with our best friends
(couple)and their 2 boys.it was great to be out!plus i got to ''smoke''indoors while drinking my coffee!our friens the guy had a e-cigarette in his car stashed away and seeing us 2 with one,he went and got it.his wife wants one know aswell!that would be GREAT!The 4 of us NOT smoking anymore!!!
mario didnt have a fever today but was a bit grumpy poor thing.i had to take him out today,its over a week he has been stuck in the house.
now i have a question
looking at my body the part of my i HATE
is my hips.special now that i have lost weight.starting from top i LOOOOOVEEE my neck-shoulders-decolte area its super then is my waist that i can really start to see and then woops my yuck hips that have fat on.its not like i have just wide hips.its that i have fat on them more than any where else at it looks bad.right under my hips i go inwards again .its local fat.so i was wondering will it leave?or is liposuction needed?i will take a pic tomorow and post it.
when i wear leggings it just sticks out,its horrible....
so i''ll post tommorow 2 tell me your honest opinion!
