I know, I know LaMa. Logic doesn't come into it when you weigh the most you have for 10 years & just want to see it gone

I have been SO hungry all day today, but have refrained from eating everything in sight. I have caught up with all of my paperwork, ready for the Vets' AGM on Tuesday week. I had to balance the whole year, do comparisons to the previous year blah, blah. DONE!

I also polished off the last of a book- the latest in the Flavia De Luce series, by Alan Bradley.
Today I have eaten-
BF-1 slice of very lean leg ham & 2 eggs on sourdough oat toast (410 cals)
Lunch- salad items, some cheese & another slice of ham, a small avo, plus some natural yoghurt & stewed rhubarb (561 cals)
Dinner tonight will be small serve roast chicken, veg & GF gravy (365 cals)
Will end up about 1600 cals(under my TDEE of 2,018) My BMR is 1,468. I plan on doing another 500 cal. fast tomorrow as G is going away early to play golf in a Vet's tournament.
Tonight we are going to an 8 ball AGM, which G will run. Hopefully, it will be quick.
