Thanks, Hana. It is the best thing. The incontinence is horrible for him, but hopefully, that will improve. G is going to have a cystoscopy sometime in the next month to see if there is a problem with his waterworks.
The system had failed with G. The young trainee doctor(!) at the hospital was shocked that no-one had seen him to tell him the tests were clear. She was shocked that the specialist had not organised a follow-up visit. She was shocked that he was suffering from incontinence. The poor thing. She was out of her depth & went & got the senior registrar who came & sat with us & got things rolling as they should have been. We had been thinking it was all a bit weird, but weren't 100% sure what would normally happen. He was really good. We really thought he would have seen the specialist by now & he still hasn't. I think I will just ring them up.
We had been invited on a bus trip to a race meeting that we used to go to & G has been agonising over it as he didn't want to say no & seem like a spoil sport. I rang the guy last night & explained the situation & he was very understanding. G just isn't comfortable with the idea of spending a whole day worrying about leaking. I don't think he was at all keen anyway as it's a big boozy day. I know I wasn't.
It is crazy about the Fitbit glitch LaMa, but at least I worked it out. It was not making any sense as I could see it worked properly when I brought the new one home. I got a purple one this time.
Time to scoot xoxo
