That´s the spirit :) And never forget that when your scale shows only 0.5kg intervals a "gain" of half a kilo may just be a couple of grams which just happened to change the rounding.
 
True, Lama, true :blush5: I told you logic does not necessarily come into play ALL of the time.
Slayed my previous 3 games! SLAYED! Lot's of room for improvement, but had a lovely day. I was the only woman amongst 27 men, & dare I say, I am happy with that. I am more comfortable in men's company & more cheeky. Good day! Hope I killed some fat!
 
.Thanks butterfly. I hope I did! I'm off to work behind the bar at the golf club today for a big tournament, so should work some more off. This week is week 4 of "fasting" 2 days a week. Hopefully I'll see another loss. I got around the golf course easier yesterday. G has commented on it twice now. 3.5kg makes a difference.
Almost time to go. I would really rather be staying home.

BIG day. Did lots of work, did not eat much, but so far, no vegetables or fruit! I had better make up for that soon!
Having venison steaks & salad for dinner tonight. I'm a bit knackered, but it was a successful day for the club, money wise & we also won the shield out of 4 clubs :D zzzzz

Good morning LaMa :D Hmm- no I can't say it was fun, but it was OK. I thought of it as being exercise so that my day wasn't wasted & G appreciates what I do. All good :)

Hi J! I'll be your rock sweets. We are all very similar, although it may not be obvious at times. A few kilos makes a big difference, especially with your clothes. I feel much better for having lost 3.5kg in the last month. If it takes a lot longer to lose the rest then that's ok too. This is a long-term thing. I know I'm sick of hearing "it's a lifestyle" but that's what it is. We have to change what we do every day for the rest of our lives & the sooner we realise that the better. There will always be room for treats like chocolate, but they should not be EVERY day. We can do this! Lots of love right back at you sweetie xoxoC

Today- is week 4 of my IF & is my 1st FD of the week. 500 cals today :) I plan on having a bit of a lazy day :D
 
Wow, you've now seen two of the five species of monotremes on the planet in the wild! The other three are echidnas so you've seen both families and two of the three genera of monotremes. You'll have to go to New Guinea to see the third genus and the other three species. Just between you and me I always thought your Tacyglossus was way cooler than Zaglossus anyway.
 
I read your post out to G & he laughed. They were both within 3km of our house( as the Forrest Raven flies)! Pretty exciting stuff. I'm hoping we see a snake or 2 this Summer, preferably not too close to our house.
Having a good day today. Only had about 100 cals & it's 3.30pm. My stomach is rebelling a little bit, but I'm getting better at this!

OK then...weight the same again this morning :( after a fast day, but I feel slimmer :) & I know, I know, that's the main thing :blush5: Apparently weight-loss is mostly slow with IF, so I shall continue. I feel it's doing me good.

I can't think of anything much to say this morning :) so will pop back later xo Cate
 
It should be all about that really Tru I know. I feel really good & I feel much slimmer, therefore I should be happy with how I'm going & I am :) The one thing I am noticing more than anything else....well 2 things really-
1. I don't have any cravings & only want healthy food.
2. My stomach is much flatter.
 
Wow, those are two pretty awesome things, I´m signing up for both! Let´s just say your body is on the "repairs" setting, busy to get you set for the next forty years (yes I´ve been reading up on Mosley... ;) ) and so the numbers have to wait for a bit.

what is IF and how often are you getting on the scales?
 
Hi Jess, IF is Intermittent Fasting & here's a link- http://thefastdiet.co.uk/
On fast days you only eat 500cals & on the others eat normally(but not excessively). I "fast" on Mondays & Thursdays & have been weighing on Tuesdays & Fridays, but I'm going to try only weighing on Fridays.

I'm playing golf today so am going to burn off some fat :)
I have to head soon as it's an early start. I don't have time to read all the diaries I'm sorry xoxoC
 
:) I missed out on the "not excessively" yesterday, which was nothing but contrariness, neither cravings nor hunger. And I don´t feel guilty, so that´s a real positive change. Have fun on the golf course!
 
:D Not feeling guilty is a BIGGY. I had a ball today & played really well. We had our women's AGM & I survived it, without any official position :D I will be helping a lot, but without a position! YAY!
