Hi Jess, I will take some photos in my new coat when I'm feeling that I look like I'm half awake at least. My eyes are stinging at the moment- probably from all of the "fragrance" around at the week-end & maybe from our wood-cutting exercise yesterday. It does always seem weird to be in the opposite hemisphere to most people in here. There was a really thick frost this morning & I'm still in my PJ's & dressing gown & am wrapped up in a Mexican blanket, Indian-style. Our OS is just arriving & he & his brother are going to spend the day together seeing a movie & doing some shopping. Righto- they've gone. I had better go have a shower & get moving myself! I'm doing ok food-wise but feel a bit ordinary. My stomach is a bit churned up, probably because I have my US nephew, his wife & 2 kids arriving Friday & it is full-on in our household at the moment anyway as we have had our YS with us for quite a while too. As of yesterday he now has his Canadian work permit & booked last night to go to Canada on the 12th of July. For the next 2 weeks it will be busy, busy, busy helping him get organised. Did I tell you that he is 29 & has never had a drivers license & we live 11km from the nearest small town & 60km from a small city & there is virtually no public transport in Tasmania? I'll be doing some driving I think. It will be easier once the nephew has gone. In the mean-time there is my mother & my MIL, both needing attention. Funny life, this new life of mine! I have to do a major spring-clean tomorrow & our son has to move into the snooker room while they're here. Next Monday they go & then I have the 3 kids for that night & then we'll move him back in! *sigh*
Better scoot (have to visit my Mum & possibly take her up the street & visit my MIL & Tai Chi, which I missed last week, & then do a big shop), lots of love, xoxo Cate
