Thanks Icy. It does suck. I am finding it very hard to post in my diary today, but, at risk of shedding a few tears....
I weighed in at 86.5kg. My weight yesterday was the highest since 2007 & this has really shaken me up. I am having trouble writing in any diaries or finding any motivation. I have to come up with a totally new plan as nothing is working.
From now on I am not going to input any exercise into MFP. I might go play with it now & work out a plan & be back.
OK- 1300 cals a day, plan on 5 days a week minimum of 45 mins. (min.) per day exercise, but I won't input the exercise. Plan on cutting down alcohol (2 weeks at the 8-ball Nationals in WA will be difficult) & move at every opportunity. I'll start mapping my walks again I think & walking instead of stationary bike.
If I don't drop a couple of kilos in the next 2 weeks I'll cut out alcohol altogether for a month. Just typing that makes me think I should cut it out right now.
OK....I can do this-
8 day plan before the Nationals!
For the next 8 days I have no more than ONE glass of wine a day. ( I will try to have none on some of those 8 days.)
60 minutes exercise every day.
1200 calories per day.
I had better go back & change MFP.
Feeling a tiny bit more positive & bloody determined!
