GRRRR!!!! YOU SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT!!!!! OH, I HOPE they didn't lose it or screw up - or that I didnt' screw up!!! Now I am nervous.... noothing I can't redo, its just the IDEA of it happening :rolleyes: I know, I'm in serious danger of being put in that padded cell!!! LOL

I think the obsession with that number box started at birth when they put us on one to find out what we weighed THEN!!!!! LOL I just wore blinders until I had the boys!!!! LOL
 
Our mail runs really late but it is really early when they sort out the mail at the post office. So I will probably get it tomorrow. Don't worry too much. Yet. :D

You're right about the obsession thing I think. I mean, that is one of the first things they do right after you are born. ;)
 
I hafta agree with ya- when I'm sore and stuff I feel great...the pain over the next coupla days after a good workout make me feel so flippin proud of myself lol. Not sick at all :)

So glad to know I am not alone!!!!! LOL Even if I can barely function at work, I am tickled - infact, if I can't function at full pace at work I am PROUDER of myself b/c That means I worked these muscles to exhaustion and I survived!!! :D

Well, I almost made it to the alarm :rolleyes: If it weren't for the yowling furbag we call our cat, I would have! LOL All it took was sleepin' on the couch until midnight, when hubby got me up, then being awake for an hour before goin' to sleep again :p :D hehehehe I even made it to 8pm before I fell asleep on the couch! LOL

Okay, no idea whats on the menu yet.... probably the same as lately, but ya never know :D I'll hafta come back later to post it :D
 
just finished BL Boot Camp and my shower... I had all I could do to lift my arms to wash this mop!!!! LOL Never mind combing it all out and what little I do for "styling" it!!! LOL

so far, that will take me up to dinner..... whats for dinner? no clue, but mostly veggies definitely since I dont' have many points left :D

Hey Cassie, your food looks good, even if you're running out of points, it looks healthy anyway. I frequently slip by using up all my calories and having to eat salad for dinner, but I do it anyway because I would feel worse if I didn't. So keep up the good work!
 
Hey Nutty Buddy! Just stopping in to let you know that I got it! So no need to hit that panic button. Lol! The mint patties were melted! :D Thanks so much! Maybe I will have more time to look at everything later.

Anyway, your food still looks pretty good even if it was more points than usual before dinner. Please, please, please don't just eat a little for dinner and then be hungry. You have all those flexpoints left if you have to go over a little. :D
 
Evenin' all! Phew! I am wiped! I just got home at 7pm after being gone since 8am :rolleyes: I took the kids to their fathers after work and popped in to see Mama and Daddy since they live so close to his place.

Dana, I am afraid if I go over once I will continue to do it so I make myself really watch what I am eating for points. It works wonderfully if I keep it strict with me :D hehehehe

Tina, Boot Camp is a SUCKY way to spend 20 minutes but you spend the day (or next few) feeling that pain that makes you proud of yourself :D I am a glutton for punishment, though! I just didn't have enough time to get in the regular workouts so I did the brutally short one! LOL We certainly will rock!

Missprincess, I dont' usually eat much for dinner since I am a big believer in the "most for breakfast, a lot for lunch, and smallest meal for dinner" way of thinkin' :D It works well for me since I go to bed so soon after dinner. Salads are my favorite dinner - I just top with white tuna or baked chicken and a light dressing - YUM!!

Hey ya Peanutty Buddy!! Glad you got it - sorry your treat got "chewed" before you got to chew it. That sucks - did you lick the wrapper??? LOL I did only eat a little for dinner (see post below) but I am NOT hungry in the least :D I promise! The whole "more points than usual before dinner" is only b/c I ran out of my light bread and had my other fave bread instead - and paid dearly in points. Oh well. It turned out all right in the end and tasted SOOO good while I ate it. hehehehe

Hey!! You finally got past that 188! Aren't you excited? :D I am! I didn't lick the wrapper. Lol! I put it in the refrigerator to see if it will at least get cold enough to not be so runny. I think it was way to melted and runny for it to be normal, but anyway. :rolleyes: I still haven't gotten a chance to really look closely at everything. I just peeked through to see what was in there. Hey, I was impatient! Lol! :D All the kids were standing around the whole time "what's in there? What is it?" Lol! Nutty buddy care package! Lol!
 
LOL I AM excited to be by that evil 188 I was stuck at for so long! Now I am shootin' for 170 by the end of this next set of challenges that starts tomorrow :D I know its a lot to do but I REALLY want to hit my goal by my anniversary in mid-May. (My mini goal, not my ultimate goal) I only have 8 or 9 weeks unti my anniversary so I don't know, but I sure can try like hell :D

Glad you weren't desperate enough to lick the wrapper!!! LOL I bought a bunch of them that day and one package didnt' even make it out of the parking lot!!! LOL I saw that card and KNEW it was meant to be in that box!!! LOL The boys kept wondering what I was tapin' all together (the slides) and why I was sending someone something like that :rolleyes: KIDS!! LOL Curious little buggers they are!! LOL
 
Okay, I just wanna post these so others can see them too. I keep a copy of these to look at when I feel myself "stumbling" where motivation is concerned.




Attitude

Only One Pound

Hello, do you know me?
If you don’t, you should. I’m a pound of fat, and I am the happiest pound of fat you will ever meet. Want to know why?
It’s because no one ever wants to lose me; I’m ONLY ONE POUND, just a pound!
Everyone wants to lose three pounds, five pounds, or fifteen pounds, but never only one.
So I just stick around and happily keep you fat.
Then I add to myself, ever so slyly, so that you never seem to notice it.
That is, until I’ve grown to ten, twenty, thirty, or even more pounds in weight.
Yes, it’s fun being ONLY ONE POUND OF FAT, left to do as I please.
So, when you weigh in, keep right on saying, “oh, I only lost one pound.”
(As if that were such a terrible thing.)
For you see, if you do this you’ll encourage others to keep me around because they’ll think I’m not worth losing.
And, I love being around you - your arms, your legs, your chin, your hips and every part of you.

Hey Nutty Buddy! Didn't that ticker say 187.7 earlier? Now it's already at 186.6! Is that weight just falling off of ya? :D

When I got to that card at the bottom of the box, I almost fell in the floor laughing! :D Kids? They aren't the only curious ones! Hubby was wondering what was in that box just as much as the kids!! :rolleyes:

Nutty Buddy!!! Hey, know what?!?!?!! When I just looked at those numbers, I realized I lost more than I thought!!! LOL Here I been thinkin I only lost like .7 pounds but its .... 1.1 pounds!!!! In five days!!!!!! YAY!!!! HEy, THANKS A BUNCH!!! ( my mind must really have been fried last night!!!LOL) I WISH the weight would just fall off :rolleyes: I have busted my butt ALL week :D Now if only I could hit my challenge goal for this next set....... :D


MO2, thanks :D every little bit DOES add up - I keep reminding me of that (it adds up faster when your brain is too tired to think straight then "wakes up" the next mornin'! LOL). I'm glad they liked the quote :D

Dana, I was awake but I decided to take my measurements for the challenges this morning before gettin' to diaries. Darn it! I KNEW I shoulda come here first! LOL :D Please dont tell me you are just going to bed!!!! :eek: LOL

Well, another early morning, but at least it isn't 220!!! LOL yeesh!

now to drink my water, visit diaries, shove hubby out the door and get in some BL dvd :D Its challenge time again :D
