Evenin' all! Phew! I am wiped! I just got home at 7pm after being gone since 8am

I took the kids to their fathers after work and popped in to see Mama and Daddy since they live so close to his place.
Dana, I am afraid if I go over once I will continue to do it so I make myself really watch what I am eating for points. It works wonderfully if I keep it strict with me

Tina, Boot Camp is a SUCKY way to spend 20 minutes but you spend the day (or next few) feeling that pain that makes you proud of yourself

I am a glutton for punishment, though! I just didn't have enough time to get in the regular workouts so I did the brutally short one! LOL We certainly will rock!
Missprincess, I dont' usually eat much for dinner since I am a big believer in the "most for breakfast, a lot for lunch, and smallest meal for dinner" way of thinkin'

It works well for me since I go to bed so soon after dinner. Salads are my favorite dinner - I just top with white tuna or baked chicken and a light dressing - YUM!!
Hey ya Peanutty Buddy!! Glad you got it - sorry your treat got "chewed" before you got to chew it. That sucks - did you lick the wrapper??? LOL I did only eat a little for dinner (see post below) but I am NOT hungry in the least

I promise! The whole "more points than usual before dinner" is only b/c I ran out of my light bread and had my other fave bread instead - and paid dearly in points. Oh well. It turned out all right in the end and tasted SOOO good while I ate it. hehehehe
