I couldn't eat my beans after stuffing everything else into my face! SOOO ..
Total calories for yesterday was only 1057.... I really don't like it being that low, but i wasn't really hungry yesterday for some reason.... I hope it doesn't keep going like that as I am afraid of going BACKWARDS into anorexia again... The thought of going through that over again scares the puddin' out of me. Must fill face, must fill face
HH, I will gladly threaten your scale. Hey, it worked for mine REALLY well! LOL The trick is to threaten it for a month, every day, with a kick. Then you threaten it with a sledge hammer and battery removal! Once the battery is removed and then replaced it will forget to be mean forever - they hate that! hehehehe Congrats on the 400, HH! I just got an email this morning from where i ordered it - it has been shipped via UPS so I can track it - i will be checking frequently! LOL I am really excited to try it. I know, I am a nut, but I really LIKE to exercise and new exercises get my blood pumpin' - Well, I don't really like to exercise - its the feeling I get after a really good workout that i am addicted to. The closest gym is too far away here so I have a mini library of dvds to use - the best thing ever! It was easier for me, too when the boys were smaller. Full report - Promise.

Sis' and my nephews b-day is in a few days and i kept that day in the front of my mind so as not to forget - and forgot valentines day

My brain cells can only remember one important date at a time I guess. Jeeze - I am turning into my mother! ACK! LOL
Okay, trying REALLY hard to eat more today - not much mind you, just a hundred calories. It doesn't sound like much but when I look at food and ain't hungry, I may as well try to eat a whole elephant instead of 7 rice cakes! LOL

no exercise yet - I ran around at the bus stop with all the kids but not long enough so not counting it. It bothers me a little that one of the heavier kids couldn't even make it one round at the bus stop with out stopping. Its only about 100 feet (if that) and I thought he was gonna hyperventilate.... He's heavier than the rest of the kids but not a butterball or anything. I'm in better shape than he is and he gets recess everyday... Not good.... OH well, I am not his mother and I don't think she'd appreciate me saying anything so I will leave it to her.....
I am planning on a tae-bo advanced session - I really want to make it past the 20 minute mark on the advanced tape.... I seem to be forever stuck at that mark on the tape! Its a good fast workout (a bugger to get through the sets on some moves) that goes for almost an hour . When I make that hour I am gonna through a HUGE party! Everybody will be invited! LOL
Okay off to check on y'all before trying to hang my self with my tae-bo tape
