Woo-Hoo!!! Threats DO work! LOL That scale tried to crawl away as I grabbed it but it finally gave up the fight and told me I lost 2.3 #! :D I REALLY want to kiss the 190's good-bye so I will try to be better than ever this week. Realistically, I think 4 pounds is a lot to try to lose in one week, but if I am really good then I might be able to at least wiggle my fingers towards 189 :rolleyes:

Well, off to change the ol' ticker and get breakfast ( I just realized I have been up for three hours already and not eaten anything! :eek: Can't have that now can I? :p :D )
 
Woohoo!!! Congratulations!!! :) And you never know.. you certainly may be able to pull off those 4lbs! :D
 
Yeah Bize! Congrats on your weight loss! What a great way to start the week. I don't weigh in til Wednesday, but believe me, I will be threatening that scale every time I pass the bathroom. lol.

Nope, my kitty is a scrawny little runt. She is three years old and just a teeny thing. She is a sweetie though, except in the mornings when she is hungry and starts biting me in bed so I will get up and feed her. She is really my daughters cat. I wish she would go bite her instead!

Keep up the great work. I am sure you will be seeing the 180's in no time!!

Thanks guys :D I am really truly hoping to lose those four pounds by next weigh in but I won't complain as long as I don't gain anything :) My brother-in-law was such a "helpful" terd and shipped us some Belgian chocolate! Okay, NORMALLY it isn't a temptation for me BUT last night i actually ate 3 pcs :eek: I know I lost, but man that bugs me! I was doing soooo good. I took care of that though. I had hubby put it somewhere that i can't even reach with a chair :D I can seem but i can't get 'em :p :D Now I feel much better! hehehehe Dear BIL was SOOOO helpful that he even sent along a Hickory Farms gift box but that doesnt interest me after looking at the nutrition info. YEE GADS! It's awful! I really do miss the darling boy but........ its a good thing he lives in England for now 'cause I'd clunk him for the chocolates! hehehe

Fluff, I wish my cat only bit me! LOL He plants his tubby self right on my bladder and sits there until I get up to feed him! The saddest part is that the bowl is practically full but HE CAN SEE A NICKLE SIZED SPOT OF THE BOTTOM OF HIS BOWL so he thinks he'll starve! I take about 10 kernels of his food from the bag and put it on top of the "old stuff" after using it to fill in the spot and he's fine, but DON'T LET HIM SEE THE BOTTOM OF HIS DISH. He jsut can't handle it! That piglet! :rolleyes:


Okay, off to exercise this caffine high off :eek: I jusat realized, though, that this is the first day in four that i haven't had my headache. I used to get migranes like that two - three times a month but now I have only one or two in 6 months. Love that B-complex and Magnesium :D

We posted together again - that seems to be a thing for us! LOL I didn't relish my loss - I CHOCOLATED it early (last night)! hehehehe Everybody here keeps me goin' and I am soooo grateful :D I would have quit LONG before now if it hadn't been y'all!

Food so far:

3 turkey bacon

FF yogurt after workout (REALLY shaky from struggling muscles and not eating enough earlier :eek: )

Water so far: 32 oz

Exercise: bodyball/sculpting 20 minutes & tae-bo advanced 10 minutes

NOTE: If I had eaten more earlier, I would have been able to go longer at the tae-co. The caffine lets me push HARDER but in turn, I burn calories FASTER and didn't eat enough to sustain the pace :mad: I know better so as a consequence of my "non actions" I have to try to get in another work out later. :p So take that, Self! hehehe

How's it going? Your workout sounds great. Is it a tape? Oh boy - I think my kids are killing each other over a new Barbie house. Oh what a joy. Better go referee!
 
Hi MO2 glad you could visit :D Hope nobody died over Barbies digs - its never pretty when that happens! ;) Both the bodyball workout and Tae-bo are tapes/dvds. I used the bodyball workout as a warm-up for my tae-bo b/c I seem to be less sore when I do that. The Tae-bo tape I use is the advanced version and even the warm-ups are really fast - morning muscles don't like it :rolleyes: The bodyball one is Core Secrets - a 20 minute workout that incorporates weights in a lot of the moves. I love them.

Hhehehe won't hubby have a coniption (sp?)!!!! I just ordered the Biggest Loser workout dvd! I can't wait - its supposed to be here today according to them. :) I have to have a lot of variety so I don't get bored and my body doesn't "get used to " the workouts I do. I never do the same one twice and I never do them in the same pattern - keeps the body guessin' :p :D Keeps the hubby ticked too - well, he can deal! LOL he's a big ( albeit skinny) boy!

Okay, had a turkey "club" on light bread w/ fake bacon and real cheese *sigh*. I really should have left off that slice of fat, but I REALLY liked it :eek: I hope it will keep me from staring longingly at that chocolate canister......
I even get a glass of skim milk with lunch :)
 
I have heard good things about that Biggest Loser DVD. I am thinking about getting it too, but I always worry about buying dvd's and then not liking them. Let me know what you think about it.

Hey Mommyof2, I know how brutal those Barbie brawls can be! Screaming, yelling and Barbie dresses flying everywhere. Good luck with that. :)
 
I think I would get that BL tape, but seeing as how I got that treadclimber a few months ago that I will be paying on forever, I guess I better make sure I use it! When I am able to walk anyway! At least there are no acorns on it! :rolleyes:

Well, um...hehehe i forgot to drink my milk after lunch (I got distracted :eek: ) darn it I was looking forward to that - until I forgot! LOL I didn't eat either of my snacks and I didn't want to eat less than 1000 calories soooooo I proteined up my dinner :) Well, I was low on protein today anyway, but man, I hate cramming 500 calories down my throat in one meal - especially dinner! I'll be lucky if I can eat it all - its cooking now......

In case I can't get back tonight, the rest of my food for today....

green beans
skim milk


ugh, just looking at what awaits me for dinner has me cringing! *sigh* LOL actually, its funny, b/c I used to eat MORE than that for dinner, never mind at other times during the day. Now I can't stand to see that much food at once!!!


Anyway. Todays calories (if I eat all my dinner...): 1105

Water today: all of it (100 oz)

Never did get in another Tae-bo session :( Tomorrow I eat more for breakfast! That will solve the exercise problem AND the dinner problem! So there, Self! hehehehe

Oh! I can't wait to hear how the Biggest Loser DVD is! What is it like even? Does it use equipment?? I want a full report!! I can hardly get myself to the gym 4 x's a week and would very much like something homebound I could do IF I could keep these girls occupied while I tried it. (You know about the Barbie brawl after all!) OK - don't forget. A full report.
 
Good mornin' all! MissJ, thanks! Although I DO have to amend my total calories for the day :eek: I couldn't eat my beans after stuffing everything else into my face! SOOO ..

Total calories for yesterday was only 1057.... I really don't like it being that low, but i wasn't really hungry yesterday for some reason.... I hope it doesn't keep going like that as I am afraid of going BACKWARDS into anorexia again... The thought of going through that over again scares the puddin' out of me. Must fill face, must fill face :rolleyes:

HH, I will gladly threaten your scale. Hey, it worked for mine REALLY well! LOL The trick is to threaten it for a month, every day, with a kick. Then you threaten it with a sledge hammer and battery removal! Once the battery is removed and then replaced it will forget to be mean forever - they hate that! hehehehe Congrats on the 400, HH! Glad you picked me ( you followed the acorns, didn't you?! :p :D ) hehehehe

MO2, I will definitely keep you posted :) I just got an email this morning from where i ordered it - it has been shipped via UPS so I can track it - i will be checking frequently! LOL I am really excited to try it. I know, I am a nut, but I really LIKE to exercise and new exercises get my blood pumpin' - Well, I don't really like to exercise - its the feeling I get after a really good workout that i am addicted to. The closest gym is too far away here so I have a mini library of dvds to use - the best thing ever! It was easier for me, too when the boys were smaller. Full report - Promise.

Korrie, happy v-day to you too! Actually, I had forgotten all about it until now :eek: Sis' and my nephews b-day is in a few days and i kept that day in the front of my mind so as not to forget - and forgot valentines day :rolleyes: My brain cells can only remember one important date at a time I guess. Jeeze - I am turning into my mother! ACK! LOL



Okay, trying REALLY hard to eat more today - not much mind you, just a hundred calories. It doesn't sound like much but when I look at food and ain't hungry, I may as well try to eat a whole elephant instead of 7 rice cakes! LOL

Water: 8 oz ( not good as I have been up since 4 am but watch out Lake Champlain, I might drain you dry today! :D )

no exercise yet - I ran around at the bus stop with all the kids but not long enough so not counting it. It bothers me a little that one of the heavier kids couldn't even make it one round at the bus stop with out stopping. Its only about 100 feet (if that) and I thought he was gonna hyperventilate.... He's heavier than the rest of the kids but not a butterball or anything. I'm in better shape than he is and he gets recess everyday... Not good.... OH well, I am not his mother and I don't think she'd appreciate me saying anything so I will leave it to her.....

I am planning on a tae-bo advanced session - I really want to make it past the 20 minute mark on the advanced tape.... I seem to be forever stuck at that mark on the tape! Its a good fast workout (a bugger to get through the sets on some moves) that goes for almost an hour . When I make that hour I am gonna through a HUGE party! Everybody will be invited! LOL

Okay off to check on y'all before trying to hang my self with my tae-bo tape :p :D
