Paula, the tae-bo thing only frustrates me b/c I have been stuck at the twenty minute mark since I started the advanced tape. I found out today that its harder for me to even reach the 20 minute mark if I try it a second time during the day

I really want to get further in the tape to "show" myself some progress...... Oh well, try and try again I guess. My first scale was lazy (it didn't move the needle and I KNEW i wasn't THAT light! LOL) this scale is just a tempermental hunk o' glass!!!! This one had "rave" reviews in consumer reports and a few people I know who have one - guess they don't really USE theirs!

I found out the hard way though, that the projector markers arent a good idea... They come off on your toes!!!! LOL I left black big toe marks on the floor the first time I did it!!! Good thing they rubbed right off - we have white floors! (some ninny who built this thing did it!) BTW I like friends

I keep them like I keep eggs ... all together and only keep the good ones! LOL
Fluff, if I tried leaning to the left on this thing I'd chip a corner and hear it cry really loud! Its such a baby, I mean really. WHen I readjust on it, you hear it groan and creak, then it flashes bad numbers at me - the equivilant of scale swearing I am sure! LOL I really DO drink 100 oz a day - minimum of 80. I take a B-complex vitamin that , if I am not careful, will dehydrate me due to its dose. I have to take it or risk getting my migranes back up to 3-4 a month. With the B vitamin, I have only gotten two in the last 6 months (just got rid of a 4 day one).
Hi Angela! V-day was just another day.... Hubby seemed to pick this day to work late (the last 2 weeks he's been home by 3 but tonight he got home at 6). Homework with the kids and dinner as he walked in.... Oh well

hehehehe Heres what ya do... Get some duct tape and tape a sharpie on the end and MARK THAT SUCKER LIKE ITS NEVER BEEN MARKED BEFORE!!!! LOL Don't just think it - do it so that the scale knows you mean business. Well, short of dropping an anvil from the ceiling, its the best i can think of for you to do "in your condition"! LOL
Okay, so like I stated to Paula above, a second tae-bo session just is not a good thing right now. Guess when I do a second workout session I choose something else. I had all I could do to get through 15 minutes on the second round - and my shoulders are really sore now. Huh. figures.
Did better on food today. Actually, if it weren't for the dinner I made for hubby and stealing some of the mashed potatoes I don't usually allow myself, I wouldn't have hit 1000 calories tonight. Taters added 319 calories for 3/4 C! He likes them with whole milk and lots of butter - and I stole some

I also had some angel food cake with strawberries and splenda - Dessert is something I don't allow myself at night either. I figured since it was valentines day I would treat myself since nobody else would. I feel kind o' guilty but not a lot since it could have been chocolate or something worse for me than a fat free cake and fruit.
so total calories for today was 1275 - even after taters
Oh yeah, dinner was turkey tenderloin and taters with "strawberry shortcake" for dessert. No whipped cream or chocolate sauce

well, off to make one more set of rounds before early bed so I can rise early (4 am comes fast!)
