Peanutty Buddy, I am NOT eating our "family" tree - er, nuts!!!! LOL

I better tell my scale to give me the lowest number its seen in 10 years or it'll be kicked into sand/dust!!! LOL I'll let y'all know how many kicks it might need :D

RNW, if you guys win it won't be from lack of tryin' but don't count your chickens yet! :D I haven't given up yet! :D

Well, worked until 5 again. Hubby picked up the boys at school for me so I could get in more time. It works out rather well when he gets home early. That way, I get closer to my 40 and he gets to work saturday like he wants to.

The wrappers are either getting slower or I am getting faster - and I didn't empty my kettle today (close but not to the end) so I don't think its me! I mean really! I had a large order to get out for shipping and they took all day to do it - they finished it 5 or 10 minutes before they had to leave :mad: I KNOW it can be done faster (I did it the first week I was there!). Oh well, it will give me extra hours when they aske me to stay to wrap it up. THat's okay by me - I need the OT.

Um, didn't eat my crackers today.... forgot to BRING them! LOL The chicken salad was awesome though! hehehehe OH! I am so proud of me! SOmeone brought in a cake today - my ultra-fave kind (strawberry)! I didnt' have any :D What is it with these people!?!?!?!?! I mean, really! For the first two weeks no treats were about to tempt me and now they are bringin' stuff in just to test me! :rolleyes: Well, pooh on them 'cause I didnt' eat any either time! hehehehe

Well, gotta split. Gotta git dinner on the table for the crew and figure out what I'm gonna eat :rolleyes: Be back later :D

Hey Nutty Buddy! You can warn my scale of how many kicks you are gonna come and give it later this week if it doesn't show me a good number! Lol!

So now you are forgetting to even take the crackers to work with you! My goodness! Shame on you! Lol! Oh well, it isn't like crackers are all that great for ya, so I'll forgive you for forgetting them. :D

Peanutty Buddy, Put your scale really close to the computer screen.....^*^&*%(%&^(^* Okay - That was a threat in electronic gibberish :D Uh, those crackers?... well, I was really only eatin' 'em for the calories (less fat than PB and no chance of eating family or friends :p :D ). Turns out I shoulda eaten 'em... (see Good Toadie/ Bad Toadie)..:eek:

total calories today: 969 :eek: I really tried - I did, but just wasn't really hungry at lunch (thank goodness since I didn't bring my crackers!) and not really hungry for dinner.....I had a hard time finishing my "salad" let alone anything else!! Maybe I'll snack later, but for right now I honestly don't think so. Its almost beddy-bye time for this Toadie and I hate eating before I go to bed....

Tomorrow is weigh day for the challenge so I can't say as I mind the calorie total, but I still am not really pleased with myself over it... Oh well, tomorrow is another day and I will find a way to fill my face with more :rolleyes: Huh, usually I'm told I eat too much *sigh* make up my mind!!!:rolleyes:
 
I am STUFFED!!! LOL I really cant right now - I feel like being sick, I ate so much of that salad at dinner ( a whole can of tuna and a half a head of lettuce! LOL - not to mention all the mustard and relish)!!! LOL I will if I find I have room before bed - but right now I must look like I swallowed a basketball (well, I FEEL like I should!!) :rolleyes:
 
Oh my goodness! Not even 1,000 calories and you feel like you ate a basketball! What are we gonna do with you? Am I gonna have to come up there and feed you? Lol!
 
Come on over Peanutty Buddy :D I know. I can't believe it either, but I feel so danged full I could bust! After lunch I felt the same way and I only have about a cup of the chicken salad! On one hand I'm glad b/c I dont' snack and munch away my allotment of calories, on the other hand, I haven't had enough calories for the last two days! I am trying really hard to find a balance somewhere but I haven't found the solution yet :eek: I am gonna keep trying though:D
 
Okay, so the threats worked :D I went down .3 pounds :) It doesnt' sound like much but when I get to thinkin' about it, that loss is in 2 days so it puts me on "schedule" for a bigger loss come monday (my original weigh day). I'll take it :) Not changin my ticker though until my original weigh day on monday.. total weight off for the challenge: 5 pounds - I'll take it (even though I really wanted more its less than I weighed two weeks ago) :D

Not sure whats for breakfast.... kinda early to figure that out yet... I'll just suck in some water for now.

I didn't get in a snack before bed, Peanutty Buddy, but my dinner held me over all night so I didn't wake up in the middle of the night :) Gonna try better with the calories today... gotta find a way... gonna find a way :D

Be back soon (duh, right? hehehehe)

OMGoddess I am SO FULL!! I just ate my breakfast and had to go and close my eyes while I did it!!!

Food for today: (edited due to poor planning! LOL)

"chili" (ugh! A version I made for the guys so its a lot higher in fat than what I usually eat. It was good but made me feel kinda sick :eek: )


turkey bologna sandwich,no cheese, on light wheat bread w/ mustard
1 apricot/white chocolate truffle:eek: ( had to get calories somewhere, right??? LOL)
5 pretzels

If that doesnt' get my calories up I don't know what will!! The chili alone was almost 450!!! Yeesh!

okay, I was feelin' pretty good about my challenge loss.... THEN I put my weight into my fitday.com thingy.... in order to meet my goal for my anniversary I have to lose 2.84 pounds PER WEEK!!!!! How in the devil am I gonna do that?!!?!?!?! GRRRR! Guess I'll have to bust my butt even harder, but I already run out of energy with what I have goin' on! By the time I get home its too dark to walk and the house is full of family so I can't do my dvd. Not to mention the homework, the cleaning, and gettin' dinner after work that I already have to do.... OH well, I hafta find a way b/c I REALLYwant to be at my goal weight for my anniversary.

I have decided I AM gonna change my ticker - maybe it'll keep me goin' :eek: I just got so bummed when I saw what I had to lose each week just to hit my first goal! I mean, I don't do cheat days - the "treats" I allow myself are fit into my caloric "goal" for the day. Its usually a cookie here or apiece of chocolate there - not a whole meal or day. SO, JEEZ!!!

okay, rant off. Didn't actually mean to bend your ear that bad! :eek:
 
I wish I had somewhere really pretty to walk like that, I live in a bad area of town right now though because I'm on a student budget! I searched everywhere but I can't find it - how much did you lose hun? I know what you mean.. I can't really do jumping kind of exercise because we're in an apartment plus sometimes they boys are home and I Ain't doing no Tae Bo - lifting my legs up all high and that - around them! Haha.. I can't wait to see how I've done though - I'm really excited.. hope your day goes well m'dear! You can keep that ticker goin'! I do what you do - I just fit treats into my calorie range! I feel like I'm cheating when I do that too.. haha. I knwo you'll do awesome! Keep it up! :D
 
hey girl you DO sound like me, and vice versa! I couldnt get the cals in either! I did try tho...ate a late night snack to at least get it up to 1000...but hey, once in a while isnt going to kill us...also like you, I decided to change the ol ticker as well to reflect my loss today. I also NEED it after that month long plateau...

have a great 1200 cal day today!:D
 
Congratulations on what you did lose! (Do you realize that I had to retype "congratulations" three times before I typed it right? Sheesh! I KNOW how to spell the stupid word!) The other night when we were talking about your goal, I was thinking it didn't sound right when you said it would be 2 pounds per week, but I figured you know what you were talking about. (Big mistake, right? Lol!) Even if you don't lose 3 pounds per week, you are still doing great and you are still going to be at a lower number by your anniversary. Don't let it get ya down.

And get those calories in today!

Hello Bize! Congrats on losing 1/3 of a pound. That's great. It all adds up. I was trying to figure out all the talk about the wrappers and kettle. You're diary moves so quick. hehe

Good job passing up the strawberry cake! Good for you. I know how hard it is to say no. You're doing great. Good job getting into the 180s! I am almost there. So close. I'm on your tail, so you better get moving. hehe JK Have a good day!

Elizab3th, it is really pretty here if you dont walk on the main road. It is the only route through the islands for semi trucks so it really isn't safe on the main road.

Kate, I don't mind soundin' like you :D You do great.... now if only I could follow! LOL I honestly don't think I will make 1200 today.... Its already 530 here and I only have 760 in.... I KNOW, I KNOW, but I still have dinner to go so... maybe I'll splurge or something since it isn't my weigh day again until Monday :eek:

Miss J, it does all add up, huh? I try to keep reminding myself of that and that due to the loss I weigh less than I ever have :) The kettle and wrappers are my job - well, at my job:rolleyes: This tail is movin', I swear! LOL


Peanutty Buddy, now why, oh why, did you think I knew what I was talkin' about?!! Well, actually, I had to lose around 2.16 pounds per week up until Mondays weigh in. Due to the fact I didn't show a loss that day, the per week loss went up to 2.84 :( Usually, I try not to think about that number and just do the best I can. This morning it got to me because I KNOW I have been so good that I almost cant stand myself and had nothing to show for it! I AM trying to remember that I will still weigh less on my anniversary even if I don't meet my goal... I will just be REALLY disappointed with myself if I DON'T meet it b/c when the goal was set it was only 10 # per month to lose. Then I gained before I actually started losing. So it WAS doable when I started out :eek: Oh well, I'll get over it :rolleyes:

Today went well at work... THEN they brought me a store order and wiped me out at the same time they brought me my "reorder/build" list to tell me what I needed for the next couple days... You should see this thing!!!!! I need another person molding WITH me to get this all done!!! They wonder why I've been fighting a headache all stinkin' day! LOL Well, at least I know what I will be workin' on tomorrow! LOL

I will be back later to post my dinner and visit some of ya!
