hey like you and everyone tells me, you are doing everything right, and eventuallythe numbers will catch up with ya! and they will! I stayed on my plateau for what, a month almost ? before I finally broke it last Friday! I plan on getting even lower THIS Friday, and want the same for you next weigh in for yourself...kay?:D
 
How do you do Protein Shakes? Those sound interesting. I have had a very small appetite for the past week or so. I don't know why, but I'll take it!!!

Hey Nutty Buddy! Sorry that stupid scale is being mean to ya. I know how much that sucks. But you are doing great. It will be no time before that scale starts showing you a lower number again!

Sorry to hear the scale stalled, that is so discouraging. I noticed you drink the Naked smoothies too. OMGoodness. I just started drinking those last week when i was sick. I've been living off them, the soy protein ones are so good. My favorite is chocolate and the Chai tea. Green machine next followed up with Red machine. lol I just bought 10 of them yesterday to help heal me faster from this cold since they are so healthy. They cost $3.79 each here! Geez.

Anyhow, I hope your scale starts moving for you. Have a great day! Missed you.

Thanks everyone for the support :D It really drives me nuts when I know I've been good and nothin' happens HOWEVER I am NOT letting this stop me! I am just that much more motivated to try harder for the next monday that rolls my way (or is that "weigh"??? LOL)! I WILL get by that silly number!!!!

MO2, I use Starr Six Body Fuel for protein powder (in chocolate) and mix it with water. It kind of reminds me of Nestle Quick only a little less sugary flavor. (THANKS PAULA!) Its mixed in 4oz portions so its not like you have to deal with a lot of it at a time if you don't like it. You can mix it with milk but I find that for some reason it doesn't mix as thoroughly and you end up "Chewing" a little more of it than I really like to *shudder*

MISS J!!!! *restarts heart* You'r BACK!!!!! Green machine looks like a babies diaper but tastes really good! LOL The kids like 'em too which is good :) I got them on sale for 250 - normally they are around 359, give or take ten cents or so (depends where you get 'em).

Well, get this... I FORGOT TO EAT MY QUAKES AGAIN!!!! LOL Yes, Nutty Buddy, I know, I know. I just forgot they were there! LOL I got out of work at 5 and had only my sandwich at 145 or so.... Then I closed my pail and forgot they were there when I got out of work! hehehehe I was so tired all I wanted to do was get to the pharmacy and then get home :rolleyes:

SOOO. here is my altered foods.... Not really impressive but I wasn't really hungry today. Unfortunately that happens when I get so tired.. I just don't bother to eat much since it would take too much energy to get it :eek: SHame on me, I know *forehead smack*

lunch:
turkey bologna on light wheat bread with mustard
(just didn't want cottage cheese today)

dinner:
1C chili - last nights stew with with added cumin, salsa, and beans. ( I just was too tired to figure out what I should have that was healthier and cook it - I did defat the left over stew, though, before I heated it up again and added all the other stuff)

So total calories for today was only 900 -WAY too low, but I am not hungry or craving anything and will be hitting bed soon so I dont' want to eat anything so close to layin' down for the night.... *sigh* Will definately do better tomorrow!

Water: 40 somethin' ounces ( a liter and a half - what ever that comes up to in oz.)


I worked 9 hours today (no lunch but a quick break to scarf my sandwich). Emptied my kettle AGAIN! *ear to ear grin* Halfway through my kettle (about 40 pounds in) I got a HUGE store order that I didnt' have enough of anything made for - ran out of chocolate so I couldn't finish it today either. I have to finish it tomorrow AND stay ahead of my little things that the wrappers work on. I found a way to slow them down and speed me up, though - I have them empty my molds (takes about 10 minutes per set) and remove my easter bunnies from my molds (takes about an hour per set) :D I ain't no dummy!!! It keeps them movin' and I get my molds refilled faster :D If they don't like it, wrap for someone else! LOL I am THEIR boss when they wrap for me :D I know, a "newbie" and a boss already!! LOL OH well, better to put my foot down early then let them get ahead of me and wander around bored! :D I'm a terd, just ask Papa - he always tells me he wouldn't s*&t me 'cause I am too big a terd! hehehehe

K, gotta run. Wanna get as many of you as I can before I fall asleep at the keyboard ....
 
Hey Nutty Buddy! Glad you had another good day at work. If those wrappers are just gonna be standing around doing nothing, you should give them more work to do.

Don't worry, you will be seeing a lower number on that scale soon. But get in more calories! Lol! I know you already know that, but I just had to tell you anyway.

By the way, I almost ate cottage cheese today too but I wasn't in the mood for it either! :D :rolleyes:
 
Mornin' Peanutty Buddy :D Thats funny about the cottage cheese!!! I didn't realize I was sendin' ya that vibe - must have been a peanut twin mind merge I was unaware of :D hehehehe As for my wrappers, I figure they sit in a chair for 8 hours, the least they can do is get up, walk 4 feet and dump someof my molds. There are two of them three days a week and one of them on 2 days but there is only one of me all week. I know I mold faster than they wrap but that is their choice - their hands can move faster, they just choose not to. Too bad. :D

Well, was up at 330 this morning (and 150 and 245 and 300) :rolleyes: I mean really! Its not like I am NOT tired - 'cause I'm drop dead tired when I fall into bed. I don't mind 4 or 430 but HELLO! 330 is just to cotton-pickin' early! I'll be lucky not to fall asleep at my kettle today! ;)

Kind of a weird breakfast, but its an attempt at getting more calories in without totally wrecking my day.

I figure since I don't usually remember half of my lunch at work, I would only bring the "main" part and eat the rest for breakfast. Still getting the calories but at least I know they get eaten this way. It also puts a majority of my calories in breakfast, where they should be. I tend to find I don't really care if I eat dinner or not by the time I get home at night so I am lucky to get in 300 calories for that meal. Not too bad but not good if I don't make up for it in the day......

K, gonna pop in see what some of ya have been up to lately :D
 
Awake at 330?!! Geez, its 3am here, and I hvaen't gone to bed yet, lol. Your food made my tummy growl...damn tummy :)

Hope the scale moves veerrrrry soon for ya ;) seeya!
 
LOL Mornin' Jess (or Evenin' as your case may be! LOL) SOrry, didn't mean to give your tummy an attitude :) The scale WILL move soon! It has to by tomorrow anyway since its the end of this challenge :D IT WILL MOVE, IT WILL MOVE...... hhehehehehe
 
Good morning Nutty Buddy! You tell those wrappers! Lol! You know, I'm getting kind of tired of getting up early! ;) This morning I woke up at 6:30 even though I didn't need to. Hubby gets up and wakes up the kids and lets me sleep until at least 7:30 on days I don't have to be in school early. Well, I guess I can't say for no reason, I really had to go to the bathroom!

Make sure you get in all those calories! Have a spoonful of PB if you need help! Lol!

Hey, can you kick mine too? I can't do it myself cause I can't use my bad leg to do it and if I used my good leg I might fall on my butt! Lol!
 
Today is the day that the darn scale has moved down to the lowest numbers!!!!!!!!! AHve a good one and you'll get them stubborn pounds off.

It seems to me that if your scale doesn't move (and I mean MOVE) there are going to be a bunch of kicks coming its way!
