Okay, so today didn't go exactly as planned food wise... when I left to go to the bus stop, I forgot my protein shake on the counter! When I got home it was thicker than snot!!!! LOL So much for drinkin' that! BUT I DID alter my dinner to fit in more calories....

baked chicken on a bed of veggies w/ cheese and light caesar dressing :D

total calories for the day: 1129
total water for the day: 80 oz :D (had to combat the sodium in the salad dressing and cheese!! LOL)

At work I was lilfting 70lb boxes of chocolate slabs and hauling them (by my little ol' self) out to my machine ( a good15 yards or so). I also hauled fanny to get my chocolate into my maching (breaking 5# slabs into 1/2# chunks by beating them) and get my molds washed in time to leave to get the boys - DEFINITE cardio!!! LOL One of the girls just stood there and watched me for most of the time. Later, she says to me "Boy, for someone your size you sure can move like a jack rabbit!" :mad: WHAT IN THE &%*( DID SHE MEAN BY THAT!?!?!?! Yeah, I was movin' like a freight train and gettin' things done, but so would anyone else who had to do all I needed to in the time I had! What a dumb broad! Oh well, she isn't gonna ruin my night with her stupid comment. Not lettin' it happen! :D so there! LOL

Okay off to see some of ya :D

I Am Kidding Anyways I Went And Got My Tape Measure And I Am Going To Do My Inches I Am Not Sure But We Need To Figure Out Where We Are Going To Do The Thread And We Can At Least Post Til We Decide When To Start! I Know Others Want In And Are Trying To Get The Dvd I Am So Excited I Want To Compete With You So Badddddddddd Hehehehe! We Will Get To Our Goals In No Time Is Them Inches Lost From The Dvd Or Are Ya Just Using It Every So Often! If Your Just Using It Often When We Start The Daily For 6 Weeks Wohoooo You Will Lose Then!
 
Oh She Is Just Jealous Cause She Probably Moves Like A Snail Lmao Anyways I Didnt Realise You Work With Chocolate That Has To Be Hard!
 
Hey Cassie, I don't know if I've ever posted in your diary, but I check it periodically, you have a great outlook! Some people are totally insensitive and ignorant about it. I hate it when someone calls me "big" like I'm not supposed to take that personally. Good job for not letting dumb people get you down, I'll sure take a lesson from you. Have a great day please!

Glad you like the protein powder though and as for that girl, just tell her the next time she makes a comment like that, that "You should see how a "girl my size" can kick your a**!" LOL! ;)
 
Oh my goodness! You are about as forgetful as me! Lol!

That sure was rude for that girl to say "for someone your size." I agree with Paula. Next time you should tell her that! I would love to see the look on her face if you did! Sounds like you got a lot of exercise in at work. You should get one of those things that count steps and see how far you end up walking in one day at work.

Glad to see you are getting those calories and that water in! :D

LOL Yeah, it IS unusual for me huh?! LOL :p :D Woohoo!! You gotta tape!:) I like the idea of posting in a thread before we do it. Is it feasible to do this challenge during the Big Money Challenge or are we waiting until after??? I am so excited I could bust!! LOL I wanna compete with you too! LOL Yup, goals, here we come and we're bringing friends!!!! LOL Um, right now I use it when I can fit it in ( I let the guys have the tv after I get home from work). When we start the challenge, the guys will just have to watch Bob with me! LOL If they don't like it they can take the PS2 and hook it up in the kids room on the tiny tv! LOL Cant' wait! :D

I thought the rudest part was the fact that shes a size or two bigger than I am and SHES the one who says it!!! I mean, really! But, she's an air head so I have to believe she has no idea what "intelligent conversation" is - well, the intelligent anyway. Her mouth always runs - loudly! LOL

Workin' with the chocolate really isn't bad. I don't munch on it at work and I don't even crave it. I find I have only had two or three pieces since I started (a month ago already!) and then they were apricot truffles which were white chocolate (not really chocolate). Those are my only weakness there and I have been REALLY good about it (hey, 3 little pieces a month isn't too awful! LOL)

Hey, missprincess, glad you could stop in :D I agree. Some people either weren't brought up with any manners or they chose to forget them as life moved on. I refuse to let the idiots of the world sink me lower than their feet! I have more backbone, manners, and attitude then they ever thought of havin' :D I just choose the appropriate times to USE each weapon:D

LMAO!!!! Snot is not a good thing! LOL I think it turns your guts to sludge or some such thing! LOL

I LIKE HOW YOU THINK!!!! LOL I should told her just that and started toward her with one of those 70# boxes of chocolate I was haulin'! LOL She probably couldn't have gotten out of HER OWN way fast enough! LOL

Hey ya Peanutty Buddy!!!! See! I knew we were really twins and nobody was tellin' us!!! LOL I had a pedometer for a while but took it off when I realized I got more than the 10,000 steps ( WAY more!):rolleyes: I am not sure if it got "bumped" up when I carried chocolate or bent down in the kettle or what. I mean, I know I walk A LOT but that number was so high !!! ( every day was around 17900!)

I was thinkin' of you when I was cookin' my chickenfor my salad!! LOL "and this ounce is b/c Peanut Tam told me I had to. This ounce is b/c Peanutty Buddy is gonna kill me if I dont. This ounce is b/c peanut twin will ..." Shall I go on?!?!! LOL As I am typing I am sucking water (typing long enough to swallow it! LOL)
 
Hey Nutty Buddy! I think you are right on that pedometer thing. I tried using one once and it would say more steps than I thought it should. I do think it changes numbers when you bend. Oh well. Just a thought. I wonder if that means you went at least 10,000 steps? I mean, you couldn't have bent over that many times! Lol! But then as fast as you work, you may have! :D

I'm so glad you were thinking of me while making your dinner! :D If that's what it takes to get ya to eat more! Besides, how could you not think of your peanut twin? Lol!

LOL I do walk a lot but I bend more. My kettle only reaches just above my knees so every time I need chocolate ( lots!) I have to bend into it to get the stuff. Yesterday, if I had been wearing a pedometer, I would have broken it I was working so fast. Really! I was going so fast I actually gave myself a plastic knick from washing my molds! Its' DULL plastic!!! :eek: I don't always work THAT fast. I mean, I always work like a demon b/c they always take more than I have , but yesterday was beyond my demonic speed. I don't think there is any other name for it except "lightening"! LOL Today will be awesome!!! I actually get to leave a few minutes early unless they want me to keep the OT :D Yay!

"You always on my mind..." LOL Good ol' Willy! That song just got SHOVED into my brain!!! LOL I always think o' my peanut twin - just not when I am making my dinner! LOL Usually when I make my dinner its "okay, only so many ounces of this and I don't want that bad enough to 'pay' for it ..." LOL You were on my brain when I got up (yes early again :rolleyes: ) and I'll be laughing like a madwoman at work as I replay our conversations!! LOL

Well, another 430 mornin'.... don't know why, actually don't really mind. It lets me start my day out with my favorite people! :D Every one in the house is still sleepin' and I get time without "whats for dinner/ dessert?" or " Can I......?" or even "Will you run to the store? I'm out of cookies/ ice cream." :rolleyes: I just grab my apple and water and poke my nose in here :D Hubby gets kinda upset with me (he thinks it will cause burnout - but I DO get enough sleep)

Okay, so for some reason, dinner just didn't hold me over until I decided to have breakfast today. Not sure why, but I've eaten my apple and sucked down a fair amount of water and my tummy is talkin' so loud I swear it will wake hubby up :rolleyes: Guess I'll have another apple... BRB....Back again :D
Gotta be careful with these shiny little red orbs, ya know. They can cause "stay-in-the-potty" ya know! :p :D hehehehe

Okay, gonna pop in on some o' ya ... ya better be good or I'll catch you!;) :D

Me again! :D I am SO full!!! I just finished breakfast and I think I am gonna bust!!! HOWEVER, I AM within' my calories so far ( I allow a certain amt. for each meal/snack)...

so far (and planned) for Toadie today :D

2 apples

1/2 tuna mac salad recipe (mostly tuna and veggies and makes A LOT to eat for 1 sitting)
3 turkey bacon
skim milk


protein shake (I WILL remember it!!LOL)

rest of tuna mac salad ( Good thing I love this recipe! LOL)

water so far this morning: 32 oz :D

I am so full I really don't want to even think about my morning snack or lunch! LOL That'll teach me to be a piggy of a peanut!!! LOL
