Casey's Diary!

Speaking of breasts...
mine have gotten smaller since I've lost weight! I'm so happy! I was a 36D when I weighed 160 and now I am probably a 34D or 34C. I hate the big things--they just get in the way. The only good thing they do is make my waist look smaller!

I took a few pictures of my legs last night and it made me realize they aren't as bad as I think. It made me feel a lot better.

Tonight I have an English paper to write...comparison/contrast of Victorian authors...very high school but I can work with it. Wish me luck!

Casey

I'm glad you're happier with your body--that is GREAT news!! That's funny about what you said about them. My breasts have not gotten any smaller and I'm happy about that. Glad that you're less critical of your legs! ANd good luck on that paper!!!

rotfl, glad im not the only one who hates overly large boobs!

Seems guys are the only ones who appretiate em.
Though i was small to start off with, as it is im heading well and truly back into a B cup (very saggy one at that).
Time to shop for new underwear :)

I AM SO EXCITED! My boyfriend's fraternity is having a formal soon and I get to wear a SEXY dress instead of worrying about what's going to make me look fat. here are some i'm considering...

I hope your lifting session went well with the BF. BTW I love the Aqua one, but the Black one is also has that ultra sexiness to it. You gotta post pics of the one you decide to wear!

Thank you!!!! :)

The lifting session went well. Mostly chest and tricep stuff. About fifteen minutes after we got done, I took a shower and I could feel my triceps and chest shaking. It was an interesting experience. It's something I could definitely see myself doing.

Casey, it looks like a picture perfect day :)

And I LOVE dark chocolate and peanut butter!

Thank you so much! I never knew I could eat this much and still have a healthy amount of calories.

Edit: three more pieces of dark chocolate. Only at 1900 cals for the day. I'm working hard to meet my dietary requirements for Protein (i shoot for 70g) and Calcium (100% RDA requirements).

Seconded re the eating so much lol.
I look back and wonder how on earth i must have been eating more than 3000 calories a day to maintain my old self, holy shit thats more than twice what i eat now :O

Though i suspect it wasnt the every day food, but more the snacking and binging

I understand what you mean...I remember how much pizza I used to be able to shovel in my face, and considering the average piece is 250 cals apiece, 4 "extra slices" at three dinners of pizza (1000 extra cals x 3) almost equals a pound of excess weight (assuming I didn't burn it off, which is very likely). I had pizza SO much my first year at college. I tend to scold myself for it but I'm just happy I know better now.

My chest and tri's are EXTREMELY sore today. I wil probably go for a run later on this afternoon.

good job with those weights!! :D

and yes, it is crazy to think of how much i used to eat! i can't even imagine it now!!! we have come a long way!! :D

Last night I was working on a paper and a bit stressed...I allowed myself a whole serving of dark chocolate yesterday (5 squares) and I reached into the bag to get five more....and I stopped myself! I thought, "should 400 of my calories really be coming from chocolate? is this food going to help me become stronger? is this food rich in protein, fiber, or vitamins? am i even hungry?" well, the answer was no to all of the above, and i put it back. i was really proud of myself! I have come so far in just a few months and I couldn't be happier. I am going to be in the 140's soon for the first time in FOUR YEARS.

Casey

If you are dieting, I wouldn't spend much time, if any actually, working your arms directly in the weight room.

Oh yea, and good afternoon. :)

:p Way to burst my bubble Steve! (Just Kidding)

CG--I wouldn't say it's easy, but it's certainly getting easier all the time. Results are a BIG motivator.

I just bought a pair of size 10 AE jeans last week (that i couldn't even fit into in December) and i can take them off without unbuttoning or unzipping them. If it weren't for the thunder thighs, I'd probably be able to squeeze into an 8 by now. BUT that time will come when it comes.

THUNDER THIGHS!

That was one of my nicknames as a baby. :p Big thighs are sexy--think about all the cartoon sexy women--they all have big thighs!
