I don´t think they look that bad, actually (although all those "organic"s make the label awfully hard to read). Certainly not a lot of calories if they fill you up enough to be a full meal. If that´s your only store-bought meal of the day I´m sure it´s fine to have. I don´t know a lot about blood sugar, but 6.9 lbs in 11 days is perfectly possible if you´ve been eating high-sodium foods (and that tends to be the case during crazy days). I´m guessing that two thirds of that is water weight. Try eating normal, healthy, lower sodium food for a couple of days and see how much that drops you. I can have a 4 kg (8.8 lbs) difference just from water retention.
