Bad day, turned to my old bad eating habits to cope. As least most of the junk food is out of the house now, no more making desserts or buying ice cream. I really enjoyed my dinner, I plan on having that more often.
Dinner sounds really good and you can be very proud of cooking and eating a healthy dinner instead of throwing in the towel for the day after hitting the sugarpot before.
Good point LaMa. Missed you too Stacy. Thanks Psnyder.

Breakfast-
Pear
Eggs with non-dairy cheese
Lunch-
Went to a buffet with friends so had a bunch of different things:
Salad with light Italian dressing
Green beans with some kind of Asian sauce
Steamed asparagus
Edamame
Vegetables with teriyaki sauce
Small serving potato
7 French fries
Fresh mango
Canned peaches
Apple pie filling (didn’t eat the crust)
Dinner-
Gluten free tuna sandwich
Snacks-
Pea crisps
Fruit leather
Peanut butter cereal
The fried rice and white rice at the buffet were tempting but I didn’t have any of either. In the past I would have had both potato and rice, I’m happy I only had potato and that I didn’t go crazy on the French fries.
Great job on sticking to just one. It truly can be horrible to do..So YAY YOU!! You got this its all yours now..Sounds like a great but filling day. Yes, One more step down on your journey.
Good food day, I’m just getting lazy about writing everything down. Those 2 lbs I lost are back but I think it’s a hormonal thing, hoping it’s all water weight. Just lifted weights today, I’ll work out more tomorrow.
Writing down everything you eat is one of the few things proven to help with weightloss, in case you need motivation. You must be some kind of superhuman, by the way, to stop at seven fries!
