Update- Had a weigh in at my cardiologist. My last appointment was in August and since then I've only lost 4 pounds. I'm doing all this work, trying so hard, but not getting the results I want. I know I need to improve but I was hoping for a little more weight loss. I'm getting back into exercising, I feel off track there for a little while. And I'm going to log my food today.
