4/10/16
Breakfast:
Spinach and diary free cheese omelet
Snack:
Glass of unsweetened almond milk (only 30 calories!)
Lunch:
Tofu scramble burrito
Snacks:
Applesauce
Kettlecorn (not as much as I usually eat)
A few French fries (very few)
Packet of chocolate hazelnut butter
Dinner-
Tempeh and vegetables with teriyaki sauce
Snack-
2 servings of pudding
Other- throughout the day I had about ¾ of a bar of chocolate.

My mom bought it for me as a treat. I really wish she hadn’t. Once it’s in the house I can’t help but eat it. I wouldn’t have bought it myself.
Exercise- none
Too much sugar today. Can't be good for my insulin resistance. I should be taking glucose readings I suppose, maybe that will motivate me. Especially now that I'm recently off the med to help the glucose, I should be more careful, I don't want to screw things up. Pudding was in the house from when my stomach was funny. I won’t buy any more. Mom said she thinks I've been eating too much pudding, I have to agree. Why she buys chocolate if she says that, I don't know, but anyway. I think I ate less in quantity than normal but more junk food. So it may even out but I know I need to step it up if I want to lose any serious weight.
Tomorrow’s goal- Lift weights and don’t buy pop tarts or sweetened soymilk at college (they are so tempting). To achieve the no poptarts goal, I will try to remember too much gluten bothers my stomach, so I shouldn’t be eating poptarts for that reason either. I’ll be packing a healthy lunch and I hope to only eat that.
