1 slice gluten free toast
Vanilla goat’s milk yogurt

Snack-
Tigernuts (they are not nuts, but small root vegetables)

Lunch
Tofu scramble burrito

Snack-
Quinoa chips

Dinner-
Gluten-free tuna sandwich

Snacks-
Mango frozen fruit pop
1 piece hard candy
Grapes
Non-dairy cream cheese
Vanilla goat’s milk yogurt

Exercise- none

Went a little overboard on the evening snacks.
 
Had to google tiger nuts, they´re called earth almonds here. I´m allergic to almonds so I was afraid to try them and thanks to you I now know they are the root of a species of grass so I might actually give them a go.

Ok, anyway... I'm glad LaMa googled tiger nuts, because I did not want to. lol! Good job on the food. Much better than the pop tart I had for breakfast. It was strawberry though.. that's almost the same as eating fruit. *Sigh* I know...I know... it's not. I'll do better tomorrow. :)

Thank you! I've been eating real food for a while, just too many chips in the past. Organic or not, chips are fattening. Plus some of my weight gain is from medical issues. Non-dairy cream cheese is soy based and also has vegetable oil in it. I made a new goal, to be 270 lbs by March 31st. I'm 288 now. Is this a good goal or should I take it slower?
 
I think it´s doable. 18 pounds in 10 weeks is ambitious but seeing how you are doing I think you can do it.
 
May be ambitious but I'm going to give it my best shot.

Organic hotdog with ketchup

Veggie burger

Peach slices

Exercise- 10 minutes light exercise, wasn’t feeling well today
 
Brrr, that´s no fun at all! But yeah, probably water weight, so you´ll soon have the joy of seeing it leave as quickly as it came.
