Today has been ok. I ran on the treadmill and went about 5 miles (accidentally hit the power button near the end of my session so I lost all the numbers), and burnt about 750 calories. Ate well today though gave into a craving and had some cream cheese my parents had in their fridge. Though I still have enough calories left for my smoothie later this evening.

.....we are all human - and life isn't perfect- road-blocks come along- just part of the trail... trick is to get back on ... keep up your great work gal - U are getting so close to goal....
