Thanks for the replies guys! I did eat slightly earlier than I normally would before working out. Probably just before 2 hours. I am not EATING less than 1000 calories, but I am NETTING less than 1000 most days (Calories I ate - calories I burned doing exercise (NOT including living/work, only actual working out) = Net Calories)
I was taking a multivitamin but it was making me feel sick. Not sure why but when I stopped taking them I didn't have anymore troubles.
I feel fine today, no light headedness, no zoning out during my work out though my legs were a touch tired during the elliptical but we did a bit of squating in our dance moves yesterday so that could be why.
Did 2.68 miles on the treadmill today. Didn't go quite as hard on the elliptical but still pretty decent. Eating well today. Still gonna stick to 1500 calories today.
