Happy belated birthday, Brawny. And boy do I feel you on the pre-Thanksgiving diet monitoring. I still feel like I should be very conscious on how much I eat on Thursday, but trying to keep things down in the 2,000 calorie range for the day is silly. If I can keep it the 3,000 range, that'll be just fine and even give me some fuel for Friday's workouts.
As for pecan pie, that pretty much puts me in a sugar coma it's so good. I think we might just be doing the pumpkin variety. Which is also good but not quite as decadent.
