KC-I will try and hunt up a mini mullet pic. I am a computer retard so I will try and scan it and upload it.
Mel- You are right one pound a week is okay. I will take it.
I also had this pair of camo pants that I wore with a pair of red Air Jordans and a pink polo shirt with the collar turned up (I can almost hear duran duran playing just thinking of it)

That's HOT!!! LOL pink polo shirt and air jordans! WOOT! That's Awesome!

Gotta kick it in gear a bit. Ive been skippin too many days. 5 out of 9 is not good enough. I need about 6 out of 7.

Working on my dissertation proposal today. I have just wrapped up the last of my Doctoral classes and now...the big paper. My goal is to be Dr. Brawny by next May. I have to propose my study, get it accepted, do it then write this mondo paper affectionately called a doctoral dissertation about it.
Seems like a lot, but its like losing all this weight, you have to take it one day, one bikeride, one better eating choice...at a time. I ate the elephant one bite at a time and now thats how I have to say goodbye to him.

And thats todays deep thought by Brawny...Anybody got a beer?

I havent located the best mullet pics yet (we moved into the new house about 6 months ago and Im not sure where they are but I did find some white short pics. They were taken circa 1989 I worked at pool every summer in college and I coached a swim team. These were taken on picture day. Im the guy on the high dive (in the white shorts of course) If I can get em to post. Remember i am a computer retard. I was pretty fit in these pics. I was about to report for my senior year of college football. I include a closer shot and if you look really close you can see the remnants of my mullet...It was about 3 inches longer at its peak (circa 1986).

Hey guys Thanks for dropping by. I have been major busy but should be getting more time soon. I owe all yalls treads a visit. Had a bad week eating wise but I broke even on weight. I am trying to get going again on the ol bike but had a small back pull (helping coach little league) didnt ride this morning have only ridden once since last post. Hopefully I will be back in the saddle in the morning.

Rode Friday 10.35 miles

Gotta kick it in gear to reach 220 in May.
