Thank you everybody for stopping by. I really need some helpful word right now.
I am kicking my butt into gear. Its really hard because I am working 2 part time jobs, going to school full time, finding time for family, and trying to find time for homework. But I've realized that I really need to take time to come on this forum to keep everything straight in my mind...as well as keep my motivated. So whenever a have a free moment that I am not running around trying to get things done... I will pop by here.
Plan for today:
Breakfast: 10:00 am- A salad with lettuce, carrots, orange peppers, onions, green beans, a bit of spicy steak, just a few garlic and butter croutons, and a small amount of honey dijon dressing. YUMMY.
Lunch: 3:45pm- Grilled Cheese sandwich
Dinner: Not sure when- a salad with SOME sort of meat.
Exercise: 50 mins of Yoga, 2 sets of 50lbs on the weight bench, and 35 sit ups on my ab lounge. Then bowling with the family.
IF I have time between homework, cleaning, and my already scheduled exercise... I might play a little bit of DDR. I'll try to fit it in.
I don't think I'm going to make my goal for this challenge. But I forgive myself. I just have to keep trying.
