I have all my food planned out the day. AND to make sure i dont do anything else... i also have it packaged up.
For breakfast i had a grilled cheese sandwich with a bottle of water.
2 slices of Wheat bread- 140 calories
3 slices of white american cheese- 270 calories. (OUCH!!)
vegetable oil spray (instead of butter

)- 0 calories
16.9 ounces of water
I'm kind of disappointed by the amount of calories in the cheese. but its not so bad. i had it for breakfast so i have plenty of time to work it off. And it has 6 grams of protein! And now, i'm very full. I didnt have any chips or anything!! And that was hard for me. Because i have A HUGE addiction to eating chips with every sandwich i have.
For the rest of the day i packaged myself up 3 things that i can eat when i'm hungry.
a chocolate chip granola bar- 90 calories
a diced peach fruit cup- 80 calories
and a blueberry yogurt- 250 calories. (and its a HUGE yogurt.)
That will bring my total calories for the day up to 830 calories. I know it doesnt seem like a lot...but its plenty of food for me.
I'm going to go take a 2 mile walk. I've decided. I'm feeling great right now.
