Food wasnt so good today. But i exercised. 20 bench lifts. 50 sit ups.

Plan for tomorrow:

breakfast: fruit cup --80 calories
lunch: yogurt --170 calories.
dinner: no idea. Its my brother's birthday, and he is picking a restaurant to go to. i want to get a salad of some sort though.

exercise: 30 minute walk, 50 sit ups, 20 bench lifts.

Good day? i hope so.

i have to wake up early to get some homework done, and to pick up the room. When april starts i'm starting the couch to 5K running plan. To make sure i get some cardio in.

I went and saw the TMNT movie with my daddy and sister today.
I get my paycheck in 2 more days!

I cant wait to get in shape. I will keep track of my calorie intake in my daily planner.

Boyfriend is playing WoW all EFFING night. Seriously pissing me off! Its the only night i'm home this week. And he wont get off!!!
 
You're doing well with the exercise, and with your plans for more also! I hope you enjoy/enjoyed your meal.

WoW is extremely addictive I hear. My son occasionally gets stuck into me about wanting to play but I stick to my "Not keying my credit card number into the computer" line. I hope they don't arrange things so that it can be paid for cheaply without a credit card! I saw a screen with the game playing on it once and the visuals are sensational - I could see in an instant how it could be totally absorbing. Also, how other people around the addict could be extremely unhappy about it. *Sends sympathy*

Enjoy getting on top of those finances. :)
 
i've had a good past few days. Exercise wise anyways.

I've did 30 minutes of exercise yesterday.
I did my 15 minute walking mile. And then i did 25 bench lifts, and 50 sit ups.

Today I did my 15 minute mile again.
And i plan on doing my other exercises right after i'm done printing things out for some homework that needs to be done.

I skipped school today like a bad girl. lol.

I just needed some mental time.

I watched a movie, went for a walk, and now i'm catching up on homework before i have to go to work tonight.

I am finishing up my 3rd waterbottle right now. yay for me.

After i do all my exercises i feel so good. Cuz i know that if i just keep up the simple 30 minutes of exercise a day, i'll be thin eventually.

I get a little cardio and work out my thighs with the walk, even though its short.

I work out my arms when i do the bench lifts,

And i work out my abs when i do my sit ups. I feel all around great afterwards.

I also have to catch up on a bunch of homework. I have a few papers due this month that count for a lot. So i'm going to go get working on that. So i can go to work, and put my paycheck in the bank.
 
A 15 minute mile. That's a great addition to your repertoire.:) Is that on the treadmill or can you get outside now?

Feeling good after your exercise is a great measure of its value to you.

Getting some kind of exercise in consistently is the key I think. It's value is for so much more than weight loss alone too. :)

I hope you achieved lots with your homework.n :)
 
Felici- the walk was outside now. And 15 minutes isnt great...but i was just doing a fast paced walk. no jogging. i start jogging tomorrow. Its only been 3 days of exercising, and i can tell its working. Even though i have a boyfriend, and love him very much.... the boys at work are noticing too. whistles here and there. you know. It makes me feel good though. I feel good about what i'm doing . and it makes it worth while for me to keep doing it. tomorrow i start jogging on my walks. yay.

i'll update tomorrow a.m. i have to go to bed now.

Also it's lovely that you are getting some positive feedback about your appearance!!

The exercise will help you keep feeling good in all sorts of ways. :)
 
So for breakfast i had raisin bran crunch with 2% milk. The people in my house wont drink anything lower than 2%. But the calories came to 320.

I will have a snack later of a granola bar. 100 calories
and for lunch i will have strawberry yogurt. 170 calories.

After that i will be at work. So i wont be having dinner. when i get home i might have something really small. not sure what.

Total calories for today will be 590 calories.

I will drink 4 waterbottles today.

For exercise i am going to:

go on a 30 minute walk. I'm officially starting the couch to 5K plan today.

do 30 bench lifts
do 100 sit ups. 50 the regular way, and 25 on each oblique.


Like i said yesterday, i feel like the exercises i have done have made A LITTLE bit of a difference. A guy at work yesterday whistled at me every time i went by. I ignored it the first 3 times because i figured it was for another girl at work, but the 4th time, it was only me and him in sight. So i was flattered. I smiled and laughed at him and blushed. lol. He was really cute too. haha.

Today is going to be a good day.

i went for my walk today.

I'm eating my yogurt now. Then i'm going to work out a bit more. 15 minutes. Then i have to take a shower and make myself look pretty. Then i'm off to work

So i feel good and bad right now. I feel good because i'm exercising, eating right, etc. etc.

But i feel bad because i am working so hard, i look down at my stomach, and i see a bunch of fat. i hate it.

But it makes me keep working.

Boyfriend is quitting his job today. They are messing around his hours and not giving him any, and then whatever whatever. So i am going to help him find a new job soon.
 
I sooo relate to not being there yet with the fat!! :)

The time is coming though - we just need to going. Looking back, I'm amazed what a short time it seems since we started this. Though it seems there's still a long time to go I bet we can look back at the end and from that direction, it will seem a lot faster!

Sometimes i get a bit off track. Right now i have been eating...Eh.. okay. ANd no real exercise for 2 days. But thats because of bad weather. I should do it anyways though. I'm working 13 days in a row. I am going to exercise tomorrow after school. My english class was cancelled. So i have cake decorating until 12, and then i have time to myself until 4:30 when i have to go to work until 9-ish.

I'm going to do a lot of portion control. That is a major problem i have. I'm going to eat a lot more fruit, dairy, and vegetables instead of carb and calorie heavy foods.

Plan for tomorrow:

Fruit cup for breakfast.
School.
eat a small lunch.
go for a mile walk.
do 30 bench lifts.
Do 50 sit ups.
take more notes on Yeast Dough's paper
go to work
Come home from work
Put together an outline for my Yeast Dough's paper.


Yucky school work!!

well done for all your working out bm! havent stopped by here in a while - im glad to see you in such a positive happy frame of mind its wonderful :) hope everytihngs ok and that the weight is coming off for you

okay. I'm back. Long time no type. lol. I gave up on the weight loss thing for a while. For absolutely no reason. I just stopped. I started feeling so good about myself that i stopped. I know it doesnt make any sense. I think it all started when i couldnt exercise for about a week because it has been POURING out. So i really dont understand myself. I made a new diet. I am making a week long plan.Next week is mostly fruit cups, yogurt, and cereal. I dont want to eat fast food anymore. I think it is disgusting. So i am going to try this diet thing again. I want to sign up for the 3 day walk for breast cancer. My grandmother died of cancer when i was a very little girl. Plus it would give me a goal to work towards, and make me feel like a good person. It cost $90.00. So i need to save up my moneys. I have a headache. I can't figure out why. Bad whether?

OK. I'm done with the rambling.
