I love Boris! I saw them in Seattle touring for their Pink album. Mono is a bit more mellow, but you should like them if you like Boris. I saw them as openers for Pelican and i have to say as much as i like Pelican Mono blew them out of the water.

You listed a lot of new names there for me. I will be checking them out. I've never heard of Acid Kings.

Sunn O))) and Boris did a collaborative album called Altar that they recorded in Seattle. I'm not sure how easy it is to find, but I have it tucked away somewhere.
 
I'll have to check that out. I saw Boris live in Manchester but we only saw part of the set due to getting the last train home, which was a shame! I've heard of Mono, can you recommend any albums?

Yesterday I ate sultana bran, a chicken sandwich and two spring rolls. I then went dancing until 530am drinking coke, I'm kind of feeling it today!

Today I ate bran flakes, chicken chow mein, unfortunately bought a breakfast wrap at work but I suppose given Ive eaten little this week it doesnt matter so much, also had a plum and some chewits.

Last night I went out dancing for about 5 hours, it must of burnt off some calories!

I'm not working tomorrow, so time for the gym and see if Ive hopefully lost the 2 pounds I wanted.
 
I saw Mono live for 2 albums "Under the Pipal Tree" and "You are Here". They are both great in my opinion, but I really like all of their stuff.

You are doing great! Good luck on the weigh in.

Today I ate bran flakes, rice and ketchup, an egg sandwich, a banana and ended up eating cheese and biscuits for some unknown reason. Never mind.

Went to the gym and did weights and half hour of cardio. Am now 162 pounds! Yey I did it :) First goal reached.

I'm going to go back to the gym tomorrow and do my upper body weights program.
 
Was sorting out alot today so I didnt manage to go to the gym but did go for a walk in the countryside. Will go tomorrow

You are doing well. My middle son is a bass player. He has a high end Ibanez. I think it was about 600 bucks. Plays really smooth. He is thinking of getting a 5 string

Last night I danced for 6 hours at a club working up a sweat drinking coke and water.

Today I ate cheerios and rice with green beans.
 
Awesome job getting in the exercise doing what you enjoy! I don't drink, but I also don't go to clubs. Excellent resolve!

I'm going to a club next week which I want to loss weight for, so goal for this week is to exercise 4 times.

I am now 160 pounds! That's a stone lost! So pleased

Went to the gym and did half hour on cross trainer then some weights. Today I ate cheerios, two sandwiches, a protein bar after gym and some popcorn.
 
Please accept this virtual weightloss medal (it doesn't really exist but we won't dwell on that)

Today I woke up very late after staying up watching a movie and ate rice and ketchup, a sandwich, and a lemon polenta cake. I went to a cafe but opted for 2 teas instead of coke. I also went for a short walk in the countryside. I'm working for the next 4 days 2-10pm so Im not sure if Ill be able to make it to the gym, I find it very hard to wake up at a good time, it's kind of a mixture between my medication sedating me and being depressed before I take my antidepressant.

Today I ate bran flakes, couscous with a chicken kiev and as snacks a flapjack, a small packet of crisps, and 3 mini indian snacks.

Still no luck on getting to the gym. However, I'm going out dancing tomorrow which will burn off some calories.
 
Have been pretty busy so forgot to post. My measurements still seem to be going down which is good.

I have run out of money for food for the week, so today I am eating rice.

That's 1.75 inches lost, 2.75 in total :) Very happy with this! I don't know what my weight is going to be, when I checked last week it said I gained half a stone in a week, I hope there was just a problem with the scales because that's absolutely awful.

Today I ate protein shake with oat bran for breakfast as it was all I had. then I went shopping. Rest of the day I had rice with veggies and a chicken kiev, an orange, blueberries and diet lemonade.
 
I have been drinking 2 litres of fluids everyday for the past week, I'm very pleased with this.

Yesterday I ate bran flakes, rice veggies salmon with soy sauce ginger and garlic (yum!), strawberries, a square and I went out into the country star gazing after work so I had a coffee, only one for a week.

I'm still not smoking. My friend was smoking in the car and I actually hated the smell and wasnt tempted, it's finally over!

this is the happiest I have ever been in my life, the antidepressant works, I am so pleased.

When I had the kiev the other day the artificialness of it made me feel abit sick, I think I will have to only use fresh ingredients from now on.

I havent made it to the gym because of work but I have a day off tomorrow so Ill weigh myself then. I hope the half a stone I put on has gone down again I have been working really hard not to binge eat.
