Today I ate cornflakes, rice with broccoli soy/ginger/garlic and then a packet of crisps.
I'm still keeping up with my measurements. tbh they seem more important.

So I've put on abit but not much, I'm finding it hard to get into the gym because it's outside of my routine. My medication knocks me out in the morning and then I go to work in the afternoon. I'm not sure how to break it.
