I've never really used cheat days but I suppose it is

Diary
My friend wanted to sleep in so I went to the pool. Ive been looking up online how to use swimming for weight loss, does anyone have any tips? I love going, I think I'm going to take a leaf out of Quercus's book and try to exercise nearly everyday, most of it is going to be swimming.
Exercise:
40 lengths in pool, 30 breaststroke, 10 just legs
Food:
2 slices of cold pizza (yep, that's what I ate for breakfast, don't like wasting food)
Couscous with small amount of turkey
Chicken korma and rice
Some popcorn (watched a film together)
My friend is leaving tomorrow so Ill go back to my usual diet then. Now that I'm more conscious of what Im eating the fat and sugar suddenly seems to be making more of an impact. Popcorn wasn't a good idea, made me feel abit ill.
I'm abit low on money so I cant eat too extravagantly over the next few days. On monday Ill buy salad ingredients to have at lunch times, and tinned fish.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow as Ive booked in for not only Tai Chi but cardio combat as well. I'm also going clubbing tomorrow. I'm not going to drink so that will cut down on the calories.
