I think you can do it. At least i hope so, cause my goals are almost identical.
I have lost 48lbs so far in 4 months. Mind you, i lost a lot at first and then it plateaued big time, and i am currently averaging about 2-3lbs per week. I have really been working out hard, but i am naturally athletic, so i have also been loving it.
I'm pretty new here too, and have foudn that this forum is great for general questions, and support.
I am going to PU some boxing training equiptment i purchased second hand tomorrow. cant wait!
What program are you following? Whats your workouts like?
Dosent it feel great to just get out there and get moving?
