Thank you ever so much... Ya this time I'm not going to give up i'm going to work till I'm happy no matter how long it takes I CAN'T WAIT to be able to fit into a nice wedding dress heheh :)
 
Aww wow..congrats...Im saying the same thing...but for now I wanna look hot for my exroomates wedding in august.,..so that gives me around 4 months to loose more weight...i would love to be under the 200 by then..but even if im not....the fact that im loosing and not gaining is enough!!....BTW ..i know it wasnt for me..but..Im walking around 3 miles 5 days a week...but im seeing that im loosing more inches than weight..I know its because of the muscle build up...but dang..sometimes you just wanna see that weigh drop!!..haha...Congrats..
 
Ya with the weight I am swimming helps the weight coming off and so does the sauna I cant walk much cause i have a bad knee and ankle from a car crush ( reason I put on so much weight ) but I wish you the best with the 200 mark I would love to be under 300 by the end of next month and i'm at 321 right now so I'm hopping heheh :) good luck with your 200 mark you will do just fine :)
 
Last night really sucked I went over my points so bad but you know what I needed a bad day LOL... I have been working my butt off... Well today I was scared to step on the scale and when I did it I was not to sad... Yesterday I was almost 320 maybe 320 and a half well today after working out and sauna I was 321 again sucks BUT I know where I wanna be at the end of the month and that's at 319 and I KNOW i can do it :)

Your doing great so it is probally water weight and it will be gone
next time you weigh in.You can do it.Wedding dress is a gr8 goal

Sauna doesnt make your "weight coming off", it's good for disintoxication for example... but it does nothing to your weight ;) If you lose weight at a sauna, you're just losing water.

If you look up sauna you can lose some people 300-1000 cal in the sauna sitting for 30-60 min why do you think when someone who is a boxer when they have a meat and need to get off 3-5 lbs they will sit in the sauna? if I have a bad day I will sit in the sauna for an ex 10-15 min and it does help anything that helps you lose cals helps you lose weight... Alot of your weight is water but you still lose alot of Cals in it as well...So it does help a little

Thats how sauna can help your body long term... not DURING the sauna... nor directly due to the sauna! It's a treatment just like anything else...
 
Ya I never said that sitting in the sauna made me lose 22 lbs lol i'm sure the 50 laps a day have more to do with it but sitting in the sauna has helped me main tain it and keep it off. I can go in one day 1 lbs up and sitting in there and doing my 50 laps im down 1lbs and that has happen a few times... I know how my body works in the Sauna. It has helped me I didnt say it was all to do with the Sauna I said it has helped.
 
Every day I go to the Gym and go swimming I will do 30-50 laps a day more around 50 and then sit in the sauna for a good 20-30 min's .... That's all I said I never said OMG the suana helps me so much so I dont know why you keep on going with the sauna sorry??? and how do you know so much about the suana? have you really looked into it?

It certainly helps you.. sauna its good... but not for losing weight.
 
Yup you can lose 300 in 30 min if the heat gets up there I HAVE talked to the trainers at the gym I go to and other people that sit in there 1-2 hours a day...
 
I also weigh pretty much two of you so maybe my weight it does help more I have looked into it and talked to people.

I have went back the next day and did eat all day and still be down that lbs and still more... since i started working out... I have lost the 22 the 1st 10 were slow but when I did start using the suana along with the 50 laps it has been faster
 
So what is everyone up to tonight??? I just had a nice sub around 8 and then went for a walk with my mommmy yaaaa me lol today my work out was 50 laps and then sauna for 20 min and then walk with my mom for 20 min love it :)
 
No I just said it does help, I have looked it up, and you can lose up to 300 if not more cal in 30 min well sitting in the sauna. You swet just like you would working out. I don't swet working out much I swet more in the Sauna. It does help.
