Chinese Food please help

Ok I have Chinese Food at my parents tonight but I didnt eat much of it but I really dont know how to calorie count it does anyone know any site where you can calorie count chinese? HELP
 
If it's working for you, all the better.

Spend an afternoon figuring how you can take the two dozen or so different meals you routinely eat, make them healthier, and then figure out their point totals. You can use this to plan out your daily or weekly menus without getting stressed. Try substituting ingredients for their healthier counterparts, getting a good number of fruits and veggies in, lean meats like chicken and fish, etc.
 
Why freak out over it? If you follow your diet all week, save one meal, you've stuck to your plan 96% of the time.

If you kept your portion sizes sensible, a cup and a half of chow mein, a few medallion sized slices of bbq pork and an egg roll... you're looking at maybe 500-600 calories not counting any non-calorie-free drinks.
 
OMG, I haven't ate chinise food in such a long time, its so good, i love it.

I dont' know how to calculate it out, but check out this article i found (and the reason I took out all chinise food out of my diet :()

I'm sorry to hear about the cave-in. I just had a thought - maybe you can have a look at the menu when you're going out so you can have a think about it, and what you can eat. It seems to be working for me. I reckon that if I already know what I want, I won't be tempted to choose anything just because I'm hungry. I don't know - I'm a work in progress. But it's just a thought. Keep on with it, and don't beat yourself any more. Think of how you'll make it up to yourself.:)
 
300+Anyone around 300 or was?

Hey everyone I started going to the gym and everything feb 13th and now the date us Apr 11th and I have lost all together 22 lbs I just wanna know if there is anyone out there that has been around 300 and lost it or anyone who is at around 300 now and how your doing maybe we cant chat :) get bacm everyone everyone here is doing great :) good job everyone
 
Well Welcome I'm 321 as of yesterday and today... Today I had A&W DAMN me lol but you know what with the weight watcher plan I have I can eat whatever I want but I have to stay in the points of the day and it's amazing cause it does work.. I have lost 22 in the last two months almost :) It will be a long run but cant wait to get married in a dress I will love :)
 
22lbs in 8 weeks :)

Well I weighed myself yesterday and I was 321 :) i'm so happy cause now I have lost 22lbs in 8 weeks I hope by Augs I can be around 280 that would be amazing is I am. I would love to be at 319 at the end of this month :) I just hope I can do it. Lastnight I had dinner out didnt put on any weight and today I had A&W I dont have to take away the foods I love just watch what I eat and stay with in my points for weight watchers. I have lost almost 3 lbs a week. But I will tell you I went to a party one night did drink and I put on 6 lbs and lost all that in one week and then I had a bad night again and put on 3 and lost all that too so really if I would have stayed I would have lost 31 BUT i'm so happy with 22 SO HAPPY... This sight helps me so MUCH thank you everyone
 
that's so much. well done! amazing.. cant believe uve lost that much in 2 months!! im trying desperately to lose 10lbs in a month.. tis difficult : (
 
What kined of work out do you do?? what about how your eating???? I will tell you today I had A&W and I didnt put on a pound cause I worked my ass off in the pool lol...
 
Tonight I went to BINGO and did eat out agian today OK today has been a really bad day BUT I still stayed with in my points cross fingers no weight gain tomorrow lol
 
thats a great job!!!.Congrats...ohh about drinking...my nutritionest told me once..if i was gonna drink ...to make it vodkatonic..since vodka wouldnt make you gain as much weight...hahah ai swear..A doctor told me that...Congrats...and i can see im in goo dhands in this forum...
 
1st off thank you ever so much Chicagordita ya I like Vodka lol NICE lol but I dont drink much so really dont have to worrie much there... and too 100 poundstolose... Every day I go to the Gym and go swimming I will do 30-50 laps a day more around 50 and then sit in the sauna for a good 20-30 min's I have cheated like I said and well have been able to get back on track I can eat whatever just not like I used to... I have a plan from weight watchers I go with and stay with in my points every day they say I can have 35ex points a week MAYBE I will go over 10-20 now but never that much :) what have you been doing to lose weight???
