Hey there Kim -

HAPPY BIRTHDAY:)!!!

I hope you ahve a great day chicky...

Im workign on getting back into the swing of things:)Im excited about the challenege and using this week to weed everythign out and get back on track:)

Margaret, Bella, Steve, Cerella, Keepitoff, Tyly and Mal--Thanks for the birthday wishes! :grouphug:

The weigh in today wasn't bad at all..lol. 220.5. I'm planning on eating 2500 cals a day until it hits 222, then eat 1200-1400 for a day or two until it goes back down to 219.

Bella--I love your new avi and hairstyle.

Steve--you can call me Kimmy--just don't call me Kim. ;)

Margaret--I, too find it easier to weigh than not to weigh. To weigh or not to weigh, that is the question. :biggrinjester:

I'm off to make my chocolate cheesecake now. :D :drool5:

So you want to quote from Shakespeare:

Hamlet Act 1 Scene II - soliloquy

129 O, that this too too solid flesh would melt,
130 Thaw and resolve itself into a dew!

Count the 220.5 as a definite positive after a high cal day yesterday.
Enjoy making the cheesecake. Cookery is just a good excuse to lick the spoon / bowl.

UH OH - you just being silly or you don`t like Kim cuz tha tis what I called you - sorry:( LOL

Nah, I'm not kidding. I really don't like being called Kim. Plus, it's confusing with my twin MLB. :)

Amy--thanks for the birthday wishes. :)

Margaret--I love that quote..lmao. That is perfect. At first I was thinking it must be from Falstaff in HenryIV..lol. This one's from Prince Hal speaking to Falstaff: "Thou art so fat-witted with drinking of old sack, and unbuttoning thee after supper, and sleeping upon benches after noon..." Sounds like a medieval Al Bundy...:smilielol5:

x

Oh yeah--the cheesecake was really good. So good I had 3 slices at 314cals each! :piggy: Then we went out to dinner and I had french fries and a chicken fettucine pasta primavera alfredo...with garlic toast. I took half the pasta and toast home with me, though.

Tammy, Rah and Jilly--Thank you for stopping by to wish me a happy birthday. :waving:

Exercise this week:
3/3—21 min exercise bike, 7 miles, weight: 220
03/04—None, weight: 220.5

Calories: about 3,000 :blush5:

Well, some good news--I am now covered by H's insurance. :hurray: The condoms are getting tossed out. :D

Tomorrow a gf of mine (she used to be a Realtor in my office) and I are going house hunting. I won't be putting in any bids just yet, but I am dying to start looking. We're going to see about 8-10 of them.

Oh noes!! I'm extremely busy for one day and I miss your birthday!! I feel like such a lousy forum friend!!

To absolve myself I will now say....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SKINNY KIMMY!!! Yeah, thought you'd like that title...lol

Yey, you're covered!! Oh..and don't forget to throw out the pills, too darling. No contraceptives of any kind on the grounds, deary...it's bad luck...

Good luck with the house hunting!! What is it you're looking for exactly? I always envisioned myself being interested in something extremely spacious with an open floor plan and a sprial staircase...yeah, I know...but I can dream. I suppose I've been spoiled by all of the Metropolitan Home magazines I've skimmed through. Lol.

Hope you're going to have a great Wednsday, honey!!
