GOSH DANG IT!! I missed my Twins friggen Birthday, I SUCK!!!

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY SWEETHEART!!!

Lots of love and soapy boobie rubbings to you!! maybe extra boobie rubbings since I missed it.

Is it to late to join the challenge?? probably is, just let me know sorry I've been swamped at work again. OIY!

Love ya babes

The cheesecake sounds yummy! The H and I went to a nice lunch for our anniversary, we will be doing the real celebrating this weekend while our friends babysit Bella.

Kim's in so now we only have to get Claud to join our team. I'm thinking we could call our team the MILFs. Ha!

"Thou art so fat-witted with drinking of old sack, and unbuttoning thee after supper, and sleeping upon benches after noon..." Sounds like a medieval Al Bundy...:smilielol5:

You can’t beat a good quote from the classics to raise the tone ready for TLD.

It sounds like the birthday food all went according to anticipation. Ditto for the health insurance not to mention the start of house hunting ready for the property developer project. As they used to say on the A-Team “I love it when a plan comes together”.

If Amy and Kim are looking for a third – I think that young Shannon (Geovicsha) has said on the sign up thread that he would like to play and doesn’t have a team. He has done so well this year

How exciting with the house hunting and throwing the condoms away ;)!!!!!!
Hope you had a wonderful bday!

So sorry we didn't get a team name.....I was asleep pretty early and out the door by 415 this morning so I did not get a chance to get on here and remember we had to do it. V should be posting on there soon (I hope)!

I'm glad you let yourself FULLY enjoy your birthday meal. It's worth it.

It was the meal that kept on giving, as I ate the leftovers for lunch today. :D

Geovicsha: Ooooh it was your birthday! How old if you don't mind me asking Kim?

Thanks, Shannon. My age? Didn't you know it's impolite to ask a lady her age? lmao Nah, I don't care--I'm 36--almost twice your age. But according to realage, I'm only 29.5!! (that was the update this am) :hurray:

Rae--no worries re missing my bday dearie. :) I'm looking for a house that needs fixing up that's in a good neighborhood that I can buy for under $75K and resell for at least a $15k profit after fixing it up. I don't care about spiral staircases or architecture style--as long as the floor plan's good, it's structurally sound, and can make me some money. :D

Paul--Thanks for the birthday shake. And better late than never. :sifone:

Twin--The better late than never thing applies to you as well. ;) I knew you had to be busy, no worries. I'm just happy I got an extra special boobie soaping. It's not too late to join the challenge, and if Claudia's not in, I recommend the sexy Aussie bloke Shannon (aka Geovicsha). ;)

Amy--I'm glad you had a good anniversary! I forgot about it! I'm so terrible. Slap my patties. Or better yet, give me a spanking. ;) I love the MILF team name for the three of you. It is soooo appropriate, as I'd fack all three of you if I was a man--or if it was TLD--oh wait--it IS TLD. Well, it's orgy time. :jump::jump:

Margaret & Keepitoff--I just read that quote to H, but prefaced it with his name..lmao. He thought it was funny. Yes, the house-hunting has begun. :)

The house hunting....I looked at 9 houses, and was not impressed with very many of them--nearly all were overpriced. The one I've had my eye on was the best by far, although it will need more work than I had planned. But, I still believe I can make a decent profit off it. I'm just not completely convinced on the neighborhood. There is also a condo in a much better neighborhood, but I don't know if they'd be willing to sell it for $15-20k less than the asking price (which is all I'm willing to pay for it.). It's bank-owned, so it depends on whether or not they're willing to take a big loss. I've got 8 more to look at on Friday, and I will probably expand my search a bit.

The Foreign Service Exam is tomorrow afternoon, so that will be interesting. I'm actually not worried about the exam. I guess my attitude is que sera sera. It will not be the end of the world if I don't pass it, and I really don't know what I'll do if I do pass. I'm more worried about finding the place and parking downtown. :p

Today was a low-cal day, as my weight was 222.5 today. I also forgot to include the ice cream I ate yesterday, so that made yesterday's calories more like 3,300. So far I've only eaten 1,134, and I don't know if I'll have anymore today. I'm not hungry, believe it or not--maybe still full from yesterday's pigout. :D There is still leftover pizza in the fridge, so I'm kinda hoping my weight's back down tomorrow so I can eat it. :D I doubt it will be, though. :(

Damn. The Pistons just lost to the Celtics. :cuss:

House hunting is SUCH A PAIN! When I went to Houston this weekend the boyfriend and I went condo hunting (yeah not rich enough for a house yet :)) and it was SUCH a pain! THEN on Sunday, I had to drive out to Chicago (4.5 hours) to check out some houses that my parents are looking at. It is just soooooo hard to find the perfect house/condo that works with the price range! I cannot believe you are looking at EIGHT houses on Friday.....that would make me go nuts. I think I can handle like 4-5 at a time w/o going crazy!

I actually like looking at houses, and being a Realtor, I do it quite frequently. I think my all time record was 23 houses in one day. After awhile, they are start blurring together in one's mind..lol We started at noon, and finished at 8pm. They buyer was from out of state, and only had one day to see them. I couldn't believe we got that many in--they weren't even close to each other, being out in the country. 9 houses today wasn't so bad, as they were all within walking distance of each other. :)

My gf (who also loves looking at houses) came with me. She's really good at offering ideas, and had a handy tape measurer in her purse..lol. That alone was worth bringing her with me. :D After we were done, we stopped and had hotdogs at a famous hotdog place, and then went to a coffee shop for a much needed coffee. Well, I had coffee, she had some Vienna milk thing as she gave up coffee for Lent, and is frothing at the mouth for some. Easter cannot come soon enough for her. :D

Shannon is more than welcome to be on our team if Claud doesn't come back from being MIA in time. I just need to think of a team name that is equally dirty as the MILFs. :D

Good luck with the house hunting. I hated looking! Thankfully H is in the AF and there are tons of nice houses around here constantly for sale for moving military families. The perfect house for us ended up being a friend's. He got stationed elsewhere and sold us his.

Do you know when all will be finished with your H's mother's house?

I think I posted it in MLB's diary: if Shannon's your teamie--2 MILF's and an Aussie Stud...lol. Still dirty. Or, an Aussie and 2 MI's he'd LF..hahaha

Well, we are getting some money tomorrow, and the rest mid-April. That's why I'm starting to look b/c if I find a hot one, I can put a bid on it now as we won't need the rest of the money until it's time to get to work on it. It thrills me to no end to know we can make an offer now if we want to. :D

I love house hunting but mainly coz im so nosey! i love looking round other peoples houses!!!
Takes a while to find the right one though, as for price just ask we offered less for our house which was already a real bargin if you dont ask you wont get!!!

And hope the whole pg thing isnt too stressful and you are pg really quickly
have fun!!!

Hi Kimberly

I hope that the Foreign Service exam all goes well. Although you will be uncertain as to how you will deal with an offer - you will probably want to do well enough so that you dont find it embarrassing. I hope that the logistics regarding finding the place etc all go to plan.

:hurray: For getting hold of some money from Australia. :hurray::hurray::hurray:

I dont know how you ever fitted 23 houses in on a day - I think that 9 is a lot - when we relocated we looked at 3 on a day until we found the house we bought - and I was exhausted after 3 viewings. So is the current plan to go for the condo (they always say location, location, location) if they will go for the price and alternatively to go for the house you had your eye on? Alternatively - are you still looking?

I hope that you realise that I had to do a google definition search to find out what a condo was! It appears to be an apartment with a shared freehold. I think that the term "divided by a common language" comes to mind.

Your weight gain was only to be expected after a 3,300 calorie day. If we could lose weight on that I think that we would all be joining you on 3,300 calories.

Take care
Love
Margaret

Im pleading ignorance - Im sorry I called you Kim...Wont happen agian...LOL...your life is sounding fun at the moment...house hunting, no condoms , more sex...LOL...enjoy my dear, enjoy

I don't have a lot of time, gotta get to that exam, but...

A condo is kind of like attached houses are in the UK. The are nearly always sharing common walls. They also share the grounds--unlike attached houses, there is no private garden, but usually a private deck or patio. Each month condo owners pay association dues which pay for the exterior maintenance of the condo and the grounds. It also covers snow removal (in areas that get snow), and sometimes things such as water/sewer bills and occasionally other utilities. Some condo associations have common facilities such as pools, tennis courts, fitness rooms, etc. This one has tennis courts. They are townhouses--the one I looked at. 3BR, 1 full bath and 2 half baths (that's a toilet and a sink for you non-North Americas ;) ). It has a one stall detached garage as well. No basement, which is a drawback. But it's in a really good school district. They used to be apts before converted to condos back in 2003. My office sold them off, and my skinny bitch friend bought one from me, and then I sold it for her in '06--hence, I'm very familiar with them..lol. The main drawback for me is that the monthly assoc dues are currenlty $185p/mo, which is rather steep compared to other condos.

Anyway, I've gotta run. I'll be back on here tonight and I'll get to diaries then. *kiss kiss* :D

You know what? I tried giving up chocolate for Lent, as you well know. It didn't work though. I'm sorry to say I gave into temptation because I get crazily cranky around that TOM and I SUFFER from chocolate withdrawl...terribly. I would like it noted, however, that I went three weeks without touching Dark Chocolate. At least, I now know, it *can* be done....lol...

I hope you're having a good Thursday Kimmy and that home hunting comes to a close soon. You'll have to tell us of your floor plan as soon as you find 'The Place'. And...for future reference, if you're painting the nursery a neutral color, yellow is *not* neutral, soley because no young boy or man *has* a yellow room....it's beside their color code of machismo, it's not manly enough. Just a tip...:)
