Keep up the great work as always Twin, I'm so proud of you kicking up the workouts during the weekend, those are mainly my down days, but I did some exercise on Saturday, now I'm turning it back up Mon-Thursday so hopefully I'll have a good ass kicking weight loss to post for Friday, Oh that would be so lovely!!
What about this weather, is it crazy or what????? It's 70's today here, and I'll take it NO PROBLEM!! I'm done with anything under 60 for now, I need some sunshine to perk me back up.
That book you just read sounds great, I'll have to check it out. I haven't had a lot of time lately to read, but that's one thing I need to start pushing into my work week. I miss it!

Thanks for stopping by Twin! I'm sure you kicked ass at the gym tonight. I did an hour of circuit training tonight, giving me 3hrs of exercise for the challenge so far. I'm planning on getting the max exercise pts, so I need to get in 2 more hrs by the end of Thursday. Shouldn't be a problem.
It was 65 degrees here today!! That is VERY unusual. I'm certainly not complaining!! No sunshine here, though. The last two days have been drizzly, dark and dreary. Reminds me of an Edgar Allen Poe poem..lol We are also under a tornado watch until 2am. There was a tornado warning earlier for an area just 40 miles NW of us. There have also been funnel cloud sightings about 2hrs NW of us.

I'm down to 224 today, so only 1.5lbs to go before I'm back to my lowest. I'm hoping for a 5lb loss this week--that's what it'll be if I make it to 222.5 for Friday's weigh in.
AmyRB: Way to go Kim, you're doing great. I think you'll have a new low by the end of the week if you keep this up.
I managed to get a good hour long workout out this weekend in Ohio. The fitness center at the hotel was horrible but I sucked it up and improvised. Have an awesome Monday!!
If I have a new low this week I'll be thrilled.

Nice job sucking it up and improvising this weekend. Hotel fitness centers are hit or miss. Some of them are really great, and others suck ass. My best experience so far was at the Hyatt in Dearborn last year. I figure at the very worst there will be a treadmill and I can at least get in a good 1/2 hr of cardio.
I'm currently watching the college football National Championship game between Ohio St. and LSU (Louisiana State Univ. for non-Yanks). I am hoping LSU gets its act together and pulls off a decisive win. Otherwise I've got a flock of crow to eat for all the smack I talked with a Buckeye in an off-topic thread!!
The car was acting funny today and I ended up getting an oil change and a transmission flush. The mechanic said the tranny fluid was very murky, so hopefully that'll make the car run better. Either way, it was in desperate need of the work done. I just hope that fixes it, b/c I don't want to spend a fortune on transmission work.
Anyway, I've only had 734 calories so far today b/c I wasn't planning on spending most of the afternoon dealing with my car. So, I'm off to grab something to eat.
