Meal#1—4 strips low-sodium bacon (180cal, 10g), 1 slice whole grain toast (100cal, 5g), 1 egg (75cal, 6g)
Meal#2—oatmeal (160cal, 7g), protein powder (110cal, 20g)
Meal#3—3 med slices thin crust pizza (628cal, 36g)
Meal#4—yogurt (100cal, 5g), deli turkey breast (109cal, 21g)
Meal#5—strawberries (91cal, 2g), natural peanut butter (300cal, 13g)
Total: 1,853 calories, 125g protein 28%, 143g net carbs 32%, 80g fat 40%, 25g fiber
A bit higher on the calories than I wanted to be, and a bit lower in protein than my goal. Fiber was right on target, though.
Well, it was a crazy day for college football. 5 of the top 10 teams lost--causing all kinds of excitement. Thank God Mich wasn't an upset!
