BikiniBound's Diary

Damn...... How do you bitches (said in a loving matter, of course) really feel? LMAO!!!

Hell, B... I didn't know you were full German. Damn you learn new things every day.

Kim... watch out girl, the bay area gangsta is coming out of you with that whole "bitch slap comment."

HAHAA! You girls kill me!

As for your co-worker, the only person who can rock "flip flops" and get away with it in an office is Jesus. HA! jk Oh as for the 235.5... hmmm I'm telling you, I think you should get your Turbo Jam DVD from your gf and at least throw that in twice a week... do the 20 min dvd. Believe me... you'll get pass the plateau. Love yas...

-Sheryl

It's funny you mention the turbo jam, b/c last night i was looking at the dvds i have left, and i've got totally tubular turbo--the workout with the resistance bands. I might try that one out.

Afternoon girlie :). No need to warn us prior to a rant, unless its about pooping..LOL.

That girl needs to take her bitching and moaning elsewhere! Who fackin complains about a trip to Europe, though I do agree with her about the food. My parents are German immigrants so I'm allowed to say (similar to black folks being able to use the N word) that I cannot stand the food or the clothing styles (and the people tend to be cheap..sorry for the rude stereo-type but its just my own experience).

As far as flip-flops?! Well huney, I was wearing mine to the office this summer. A law office at that, but we have a lovely eccentric boss who shows up here on his bike in his shorts and wearing T-shirts advertising marijuana (and he doesn't even smoke or drink) and he even has one that has different white plop marks with the names of different birds underneath each plop. LOL We only dress up when clients are coming in.

Ok, I"m not a huge fan of German food, either--and I'm at least half German myself..lol. But I'm sure there is more to be had in Germany than German food-it's Europe for cryin' out loud...

And as to the flip flops, at our office, you never know when a client is gonna waltz through the door. So we should always be looking dressy casual or better. LOL@at your boss's t-shirts. :rotflmao::rotflmao: Mine is always in an expensive suit.

I'm sorry, but anyone who BITCHES about taking time away from home and going on vacation, I don't give a hoot ass where it is if they bitch they are a serious ASS WIPE!!! YEP, I would LOVE to go anywhere, any time during the year, and even better if it's out of the US and paid for. ARE YOU KIDDING?? Bitch slap that person for me, will ya!!! some people have no clue what us penny pincher's have to go through to make the money and save for years to take a trip to the friggen mall. Okay, it might not be that bad for me, but before I met my hubby, it was just me and my two boys, and I barely made enough money to rub two nickels together, so my sons and I NEVER got to take a vacation together. Luckily, I met my H and he and I have taken the boys many places, and I'm so damn grateful I just want to take everyone with us, because everyone should have the opportunity in their lifetime to go away for awhile and not stress about life and not worry about money. Okay, I'm done ratten and raving over this, it's just an issue that PISSES MY SHIT OFF!!!!!!! LUV YA Twin!!!
HUGS
Kim

Yah! I completely agree with you. I spent 7 years living overseas, and so for me to be grounded for the last 6yrs is killing my nomadic ass. Whenever I hear of anyone going on a cool trip and whining about how things aren't like they are here, I just want to smack them and tell them to hand over their passport, and from now on, just give me their plane tickets. I'll go and tell them what a wonderful time I had..:rotflmao:

Total: 2,167 calories, 146g protein 28%, 196g net carbs 38%, 80g fat 34%, 26g fiber

Wow! I should've left that damn bagel alone this morning!! At least I left the donuts at the office alone!! And gawd, did they look good!! I was very high on the cals today, and also very high on carbs. At least I got my fiber and protein in...lol And, I got my 45 min of exercise in. So those are the postives..:rotflmao:

Hey Star :) I really admire you for passing on the doughnuts!

Yeah, 2100 is maintenance calories at the very worst, so I wouldn't feel bad about it (but you know me, that's why I dont get anywhere).

You should put an ad out for people who want to hand over their plane tickets so you can go and have a good time while they get to stay in this country and eat American food (such as McD's and KFC).

yeah some of that does sound a lil like me *L* June 14th

You probably have some Cancerian traits b/c you're close to the Cancer/Gemini cusp. Hopefully selling relatives' limbs in order to buy a cell phone isn't one of them! :rotflmao::rotflmao: Ha! I sound like I know all about astrology..lmao.

Passing on the donuts was HARD! :drooling: The ad thing sounds like a good idea..lol. Actually, I told her, "the next time your H wants you to go to Europe with him, tell him to take ME instead!!" She laughed. And I laughed, too--even though I wanted to smack her upside the head..lmao.:rotflmao:

Oh, here's another positive. I bought these low-rise yoga type pants a couple months ago. They are XL's--not 1X (I've been wearing 2x). They were pretty snug, so I kept them as something to work into..lol. Well, I'm wearing them as I type this. So I guess maybe I've lost some inches while on this plateau. I'll find out in a week or so when I get my measurements done at my gym. :) They are not loose, but my H says I look good in them--makes me look like I actually have an ass!! Imagine that!:rotflmao:

Awwwww, that is good news about the pants. Nothing gives a better indicator of actual inches lost (meaning fat) than fitting into a pair of pants that didn't fit before. Ya just cant argue with evidence like that! See now, all this talk about leggings being bad but they gave you an ass so they cant be all bad.

Shouldn't you be in bed?? Haha.:rotflmao: Yeah, I'm hoping I've lost inches. I've worn a lot of leggings in my thinner days, btw..:rotflmao:

Weight this morning: 234.5!!

I don't have much time to spend in here at the moment b/c I've got a company meeting to get to, but I just wanted to let y'all know I FINALLY got below 235. Woohoo!:jump::jump::jump:

Pardon me.... while I do "The MC Hammer Dance."

:boxing::boxing:Way to Kick That Plateau's Ass!!:boxing::boxing:

I'm so happy for you, honey. Now.... all you have to do is..... run away from 235 as fast as you can! haha Congrats, doll. Love yas!!
