Are you completely done with the whole carb cycling thing you were doing? Do you think it had any benefits for you? I decided this morning that I may need to be on the low carb thing during my days off, it just limits ones choices and seems to curb my huge appetite :rolleyes:. I mean how many times does one want meat before one decides they'd rather not eat at all! I've got some nice juicy Italian sausages that I'll be eating throughout the day. Perhaps not the healthiest of foods, but this high fat stuff really seems to curb the appetite. Hoping it'll work today!

Let us know how you're doing when you [finally] get up! Ha ha

I'm not low carbing it at the moment. Whenever I tell myself I can't have something it just makes me crave it even more. My appetite has been under control lately, so I'm not worried about that. These days I'm working on getting enough fiber and protein. Enjoy your Italian sausages. I hope your H's Puerto Rican sausage doesn't get jealous..:rotflmao:

Well the weigh in was 236.5 this am. Not down as much as I wanted it to be, but still .5lbs lower than yesterday. I think I need to get more fiber today. yesterday was only 15g, and so that might be the reason my weight wasn't as low as I wanted it to be...;);)

Warning!! Rant Alert!!

Ok, I HATE the Big 10 Network!! They suck ass. It's bad enough that only DirectTV carries them--I have cable. So I drag my H to this local pizza place that has the btn on big screen. We get there and it's Illinois playing Penn St. I'm confused, but think maybe it's half time so they're showing a bit of this game. So we sit down and order a small pizza. Well, clearly halftime would be over and still no Mich. The waitress was really nice and tried to see if it was on another btn channel like espn has a couple of them. Nope--nowhere to be found. So I'm sitting there absolutely enraged--I mean ready to throttle the stupid asshole who brainstormed the btn. I was just fucking pissed as hell. Here I go out of my way to watch this stupid game, droppping $21 bucks at this restaurant--for fuck all. :mad::mad::mad: College football is getting way too greedy. They make shitloads of money every year for one reason and one reason only--the fans that support the teams. They should be catering to us--not the other way around. It's bullshit, and I'm sick of it. And I know I"m not the only one. Michigan fans all across the country are pissed off--b/c we're all getting screwed. I hope this btn goes out of biz. It's pure greedy bullshit. And to add to my rage--next week's game in on the fucking btn as well. :mad::mad: To quote Butthead, "This sucks more than anything that has ever sucked before!!" :rotflmao::rotflmao:

On a positve note--Mich managed to pull off a win against Northwestern--I was getting worried there for awhile. And Mich st. is tied with Wisky--and might even win--which would make me happy b/c I picked them to win..lol.
