Okay... it's official. Now I KNOW I'm full of shit. It's only 4:30pm and I already ate about 40g of fiber. So ummmm yup..... eat your fiber, damnitt! LMAO

Ok, I HATE the Big 10 Network!! They suck ass. It's bad enough that only DirectTV carries them--I have cable. So I drag my H to this local pizza place that has the btn on big screen. We get there and it's Illinois playing Penn St. I'm confused, but think maybe it's half time so they're showing a bit of this game. So we sit down and order a small pizza. Well, clearly halftime would be over and still no Mich. The waitress was really nice and tried to see if it was on another btn channel like espn has a couple of them. Nope--nowhere to be found. So I'm sitting there absolutely enraged--I mean ready to throttle the stupid asshole who brainstormed the btn. I was just fucking pissed as hell. Here I go out of my way to watch this stupid game, droppping $21 bucks at this restaurant--for fuck all. :mad::mad::mad: College football is getting way too greedy. They make shitloads of money every year for one reason and one reason only--the fans that support the teams. They should be catering to us--not the other way around. It's bullshit, and I'm sick of it. And I know I"m not the only one. Michigan fans all across the country are pissed off--b/c we're all getting screwed. I hope this btn goes out of biz. It's pure greedy bullshit. And to add to my rage--next week's game in on the fucking btn as well. :mad::mad: To quote Butthead, "This sucks more than anything that has ever sucked before!!" :rotflmao::rotflmao:

On a positve note--Mich managed to pull off a win against Northwestern--I was getting worried there for awhile. And Mich st. is tied with Wisky--and might even win--which would make me happy b/c I picked them to win..lol.

That was a solid 9 outta 10 on the vent-o-meter ! *L* Sorry you didn't get to watch Big Blue. If it's any consolation, UGA wasn't televised either. LIstening to Georgia on the radio is somewhat of a tradition though. Do you ever listen to Michigan games on the radio ? I actually listen to the radio broadcast even when the Dawgs are on tv . I just mute the tv. Larry Munson can do a better job of play by play than any tv guy ever could !
At least you got to eat a lil pizza , maybe that is a brightside? *L* I am so craving some pizza but I don't trust myself to not over eat it.

I hate listening to the radio--too hard to follow--I'm a visual kinda girl..lmao. I like to see the players. My cousins H does the same thing--mutes the TV and listens to the radio broadcast for the same reason you do.:)
 
I would be thrilled losing .5 lbs a day!! You are a lucky lady. I am doing good to lose .5 every 4 days or so.

I would be thrilled if I wasn't gaining it back all the time. I have been losing and gaining the same 3lbs since mid-August. My low weight is 235.

And if there are any eunichs out there reading this, I just want you to know that I don't hate eunichs b/c I prefer my men to be fully equipped. Food wise, you did great. Although, I am to blame for Meal #5. hahaa! jk... Exercise.. looking awesome as always, honey. I give you major props for getting out there and not only circuit training, but walking also. I know you're a busy lady on that end, so let me shakes my "kudos" at you for a job well done! You'll get pass that damn 235.

Yeah, I can see how that would be totally frustrating. My weight also did not go far in September (2.4 lbs), which was irritating after a really good August drop.
 
Hey Twin!! Congrats on your win yesterday,YEAH!! My boys dogged it all the way, I'm so surprised they only lost by a field goal kick, they should have lost by two touchdowns they were playing so badly. UGGG! I hate when that happens, but oh well, it's football and you NEVER KNOW who's going to have a bad day and who's going to do well, that's what makes it so much fun to watch. On another note, since I had my party yesterday,my house is already clean today, so I can just veg out and fiddle online or just watch the boob tube, either way it's a nice relaxing day. Your just busting ass girlie on your workouts, aaaahhhhh it's nice to see it's paying off with the weight you've been losing, AWESOME job this week. I hope next week is just as good, if not better!!! I can only imagine your frustration this past week, but I have a feeling you'll be hitting 234 this week if you get back to your usual food (pre-break). I feel your pain and my fingers are crossed for you luv :).

I was kinda happy that my weight was back down to 235 today, but was hoping for something lower. And I doubt it's gonna be lower tomorrow after my eating today..lol. Oh well. Tomorrow is another day..:rolleyes:

I am watching Sue Johnson's sex show on Oxygen. She just said that smoking can make your penis up to a half an inch smaller due to decreased oxygen flow. That would make me quit cold turkey if I was a male smoker...lmao.

Hey! I'm new here too, but I just wanted to say that I totally relate to you on the obese family thing. My dad is very overweight, as are my grandparents, and watching them become so dependent has made me positive that this is the right thing to do.

I hope you get over your plateau :)

Thanks for stopping by! There are a lot of people on this forum with overweight parents. I'm plan on breaking the obesity cycle with my kids (if I ever have any), and teach them healthy eating and lifestyle habits.

Hey my eccentric pal! I missed you today with the site being down. Did you also notice one girl's post in every single thread on the site..LOL. What the heck?! Or was that just on my end, does anyone know what I'm talking about?? LOL

My father, mother and sister have always been slim without purposeful dieting and exercise though they do have far more controlled appetites than me. I remember them making fun of me as far back as 5 years old for having a little belly. Nothing mean or anything, but I guess even back then I was a bit chubbier than the rest of the family and that's been the case to this day (my 69 year old mother weighs my goal weight of 128 lbs..though I am of course far more toned and curvy in the right places being several years younger..ha ha).

I think that would be hard to be in that position--but damn, Cita--you still look awesome. I'd rather be curvy like you than a skinny-ass stick!! :)
