Ughhh...I am watching the Mich-Oregon game...sigh. :mad:They started off so well--down to Oregon's 30yd line and then a nasty penalty and then fackin' Henne threw a god damn interception and now Oregon's just scored a field goal. At least they stopped them from getting a TD--but only b/c Oregon f'd it up by getting a penalty. This is gonna be a long game. Thank God for Mike Hart.:beating::beating:

Weight this a.m. was 236--back to my lowest. Let's hope it only goes down from there. I'm gonna kick up the calories to 2500 as Steve suggested (I'll be obediant for once..haha), but i'm keeping it low-carb (at least over the weekend).

Well, now starting QB is out for the rest of the game. Frosh QB is in. So far we've punted and had an interception(not QB's fault--WR f'd up). Oh, could anything get worse?? Yes--Mike Hart could get injured. And he is--minorly. Yikes!! I honestly thought Mich would come back strong this week. hahahaha. If we could get a defense, and get the offense (aside from Hart) back on track....oh, a lucky break--Mich got an interception!! Woo hoo. I bet they throw it away..lmao. Hey pervy, I'm with you on not going for the long sex sessions. I know this sounds bad but I prefer around 15 to 20 minutes! LOL. Oh I miss my hot ex so bad sometimes, we used to get with some foreplay for about 5 mins, we would be so hot for each other by then, then we'd both get off within about another 5 mins max. Meal#1—2 eggs, 4 strips low sodium bacon (1g) (300cal)
Meal#2—stirfry with pork sausage, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato, onion, garlic, red and green bell pepper, zucchini, cilantro, shredded mozzarella and Indian briryani paste (spicy) (6g) (550cal)
Meal#3—1 tbsp orgainic peanut butter (3g) (90cal), cashews (3g) (85cal), strawberries (6g) (25cal)
Meal#4—leftover stirfry (6g) (550 cal)
25 total net carbs 1600 total calories

Well, I tried to eat 2500calories today, but it's 10:30 and I'm just not hungry enough to eat 900 more calories..lol I probably could if they were carbs--well, not 900, but a few hundred.

I am kicking up the exercise again after taking a week off. My walk was really good. I was sweating like crazy, and I could really feel it in my legs and hips. It was a beautiful evening--sunny and mild, just a bit humid. I kinda live out in the country a bit, so the natural beauty is very nice--beats a treadmill anyday imo.:)

The Michigan game was a total disaster. I wonder if they'll get their act together for Notre Dame next week. ND sucks this year, too, so maybe they have a chance...lol sigh.:(

He was my last BF, we lived together for a few years. Things went wrong because he was treating me shitty, and realized too late what he had in me. He still hasn't given up on me..just waiting. I should dig up a pic of him, he sent me a hot nude one via email but I could clip it to be G rated so you could see the physique. He is amazing, not an ounce of fat and lots of natural muscle from his construction job. Mmmmmmmmm.
