Meal#2—stirfry with pork sausage, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato, onion, garlic, red and green bell pepper, zucchini, cilantro, shredded mozzarella and Indian briryani paste (spicy) (6g) (550cal)
Meal#3—1 tbsp orgainic peanut butter (3g) (90cal), cashews (3g) (85cal), strawberries (6g) (25cal)
Meal#4—leftover stirfry (6g) (550 cal)
25 total net carbs 1600 total calories

Well, I tried to eat 2500calories today, but it's 10:30 and I'm just not hungry enough to eat 900 more calories..lol I probably could if they were carbs--well, not 900, but a few hundred.
I am kicking up the exercise again after taking a week off. My walk was really good. I was sweating like crazy, and I could really feel it in my legs and hips. It was a beautiful evening--sunny and mild, just a bit humid. I kinda live out in the country a bit, so the natural beauty is very nice--beats a treadmill anyday imo.
I agree... when its a warm day with a nice breeze I love going for long hard walks.
Since the weigh in was 236 today, I am hoping to see the scale move down again tomorrow. I think I will do a fackin' cartwheel if does!!

No one deserves to see the scale move down more than you do!!! You've been working your ass off... hopfully tomorrow the scale shows that you literally worked some of your ass off
