BikiniBound's Diary

Well go lasso up that H and "break" him in...lol. A little whipping never hurt either!:rofl:

Not neccessarily... I mean, unless you get him in the kidneys and the spine region ... oh and depending on what type of whip you use. Oh wait... I mean... yah... a little whipping never hurt.... me (anyhow, since I'm the giver) :D hahaaaaaa!

I should dig up a pic of him, he sent me a hot nude one via email but I could clip it to be G rated so you could see the physique. He is amazing, not an ounce of fat and lots of natural muscle from his construction job. Mmmmmmmmm.

Ummm..... how about you hook a girl up with a bit of construction boytoy eye candy on this end... hmmm? Oh... and there's no need to waste your time "clipping" it... I mean, I just want to make things easy for you, B. :p

Yeah, like I said, I don't want G rated. Give us horny pervettes the X rated version that we so desire..:D

Ok, sounds good. Who's the artsy fartsy type to draw this up??:rofl:

:rotflmao::rotflmao: I have a bit of a background in drawing/painting and sculpting! I did my advanced placement are portfolio in the 3-d design category LOL

Of course I would need to see the photo to work from!:rotflmao::rolleyes:

Ok--finally some good news. Today the scale said 235.5lbs!!!!!!! I almost fainted dead away when I saw it...:rotflmao::rotflmao: I know it's only a 1/2lb lower than my lowest--but it's the first time I've broken through that 236.

So now I think I'm gonna keep up this low-carb metabolic diet--just gonna try to stagger my carbs and calories like Blancita's been doing. We'll see how it goes. If I don't lose anymore this week, I'll take a break for while.

Well today was pretty good--starting out with the weigh in I was beginning to think would never come. Isn't it funny that the day I was ready to take a dieting break, the scale hits a new low?:p So like I said earlier, I'm gonna stick to this metabolic diet this week and see how it goes. If I haven't lost anything by the end of the week, Then I'm gonna take Steve's sage advice and give it a break.

I was very pleased with my exercise tonight. I beat my old 3mile time by 1min so that makes me happy. I cannot believe my avg time is 13.84min per mile. If I wasn't closely timing it, I'd think it wasn't right--but it is. I just think, if I can do this at 235.5lbs, just imagine what I'll be able to do when I get down to my goal of 168. I might even be running like Faith and Sara (FatSuitGoing)--those two are some serious runners.

Does anyone remember the presidential fitness tests we did in school? Man, I hated those things b/c I could never pass any of them (even though I weighed 175 at the time). I remember the time to get under for the mile jog was around 11minutes. I never did. I think the closest I got was about 14-15minutes. So that is my goal--to do a mile in under 11min. I think I could get pretty close now if I just did one mile as fast as I could. The next time I go for a walk, I'm gonna see what I can do...lol

Thank you to Jenna, Paul, Faith, Steve and Butterflyaway for your congrats on breaking that damn plateau! And thanks to you and others (Blancita and Sheryl included) for cheering me on and supporting me throughout my plateau frustrations. :hug2::hug2:

Food-wise I did pretty well today. I found myself with 14g of net carbs yet to eat at 9:30. So I ate them in peanut butter!! hahaha. Damn, I love that stuff. That was quite a bit of peanut butter. I am totally full now. I didn't really measure it, though, so I may very well have gone over the carb limit a bit, and my calories might be higher. Oh well....:D

Well it looks like Jenna, Blancita, Sheryl and I are partnering up to make an anatomically correct male blow up stallion..:rofl: So if any of you ladies (or men for that matter) are interested, we are taking orders. The price is yet to be determined.:rotflmao::rotflmao: I think the tryout/testing phase of this project will be rather...umm...penetrating....:rotflmao::rotflmao:

Congrats on breaking through that plateau!! You should be very proud!

I could never do a low carb diet.. i mean, i try to only eat bread and pasta once day-ish.. but I could NEVER do the atkins. It gets me really sick.

Congrats again!!

I am not doing Atkins. I'm doing the metabolic diet. 30g of net carbs per day for the first 12 days, and from then on you do carb re-feed weekends where you can eat all the carbs you want. I have done Atkins in the past, and I find it very difficult to stay on it long term simply b/c I love carbs so damn much. But with this, you can eat all you want on the weekends, so that is more do-able. I'm gonna give it a few weeks to see how it works. If I'm not getting results, then it's time for a diet break. I started it initially b/c I went through a phase where I was just hungry as hell and wanted to eat everything in sight. The low carb curbs my hunger b/c of all the protein and fat.

That sounds pretty cool. But i think the reason I am doing so well this time on a diet is because I don't have any specific rules to follow. I just want to eat healthy. So... hats off to you for being able to follow something. i don't have that will power.

This sounds like an awesome plan... you're soo on top of it! You're gonna show the scale whose bitch it is!!!

Your kicking ass like crazy!!! WTG getting the scale to move down and beating your 3 mile time by a minute! WooHooo!!!!!

I mentioned a month or so back that I was thinking about training up to run a 5k late next spring or something... you be interested in doing something like that with me? I think we could kick some motherfreakin ass!!! Espcially with the time's you've already got going:p

How could I ever forget those. I actually won some damn awards for those and like the physical education award in 5th grade eventhough I was quite overweight... I was quite athletic too. My mile time was a bit over a mile... that was nothign compared to my brother who did it in 6:02...WTF is that!!!

:rotflmao: man when it seems like we can't get any more perverted here we go!!!... I think this is a very important venture...for all those who don't have a stallion to saddle up and burn some calories with!... I think we should consider also making a female one... Maybe the Big Boobied Biker Girl from YouTube next to Paul's Video?
