At least I know he cares.
 
This thought has certainly occurred to me. At the moment I appear to be chained to the land of my birth! Being in Europe it would be a very unusual experience for me to go abroad and not experience a foreign language.

Well done for bringing the weight down. You kept your calories nice and low (and nutritionally sound too) so have every chance of some further reduction tomorrow.

I dunno...lol. Many Brits think our language here IS rather foreign..lol.

The weight is back up to 222lbs today. :banghead: I know this is from lack of bathroom action and possibly not enough water yesterday.

Brandy--Don't know when the new low will be now, but hopefully soon. :)

Bella--Did I forget to tell you that I used to be a man before my sex change? Those were the days when I went by Speedobound. :smilielol5: :smilielol5:

Not that you need any bathroom action advice, but I try to drink Metamucil a few times a week just to get in more fiber and to cleanse the pipes. It's gentle and will help keep things running smoothy. The Costco Kirkland brand is just as good. I prefer the sugar free orange smooth textured. LOL Tastes like Tang! If you really want a good scrubbin, triple the serving.

I AM on it. I'm a daily weigher, so it's normal for the scale to go up and down. I worked out an hour yesterday and ate 1500 calories. It's not fat.

I think Im gonna try the couch thing on my treadmill - I need to just move it out onto teh deck - I think I would prefer that than jogging out on the side walk - It sounds interesting and good and alot of peopel are swearing by it!

Im missing your challeneges :( and now of course Im finally moving the scale - :rant: LOL

That sounds good, moving Treadmillio to the deck. Then you can spy on your neighbors while you work out. :D

I'm kinda missing my challenges, too--but not enough to start one up! :rofl:

I totally do - ha ha ha - the elliptical was there all last summer and that was what I did - LOL...

I would assume the challeneges are alot of work but you do them very well:)
 
How do you manage to get so much fiber in?? What types of food do you eat?

Fiber One cereal is awesome. One half cup of the stuff has 14g of fiber, and only 60 calories. I also get their granola bars that have 9g in one bar. I only buy them when they're on sale, though--b/c the cereal is $4.19 a box regularly. Yesterday I got them for $2.50 each, plus I had 2 coupons for $1.50 off 3 of them. So I bought 6 boxes @$2 a piece. That will keep me in supply for quite awhile, plus my mom's started eating it as well.

The bulk of my fiber yesterday came from:
1/2 cup Fiber One cereal--14g
Fiber1 granola bar--9g
Fiber1 yogurt--5g
lowfat popcorn--7g
cup broccoli--2.6g
1 slice aunt millies 12 grain bread--6g

The rest came from a gram here or there, like a whole tomato, a 1/3 cup of honey bunches of oats cereal (I mix it with the fiber one cereal to help the taste), etc.

That's funny. I never would've pegged you for a spying neighbor. :p So, did you see anything good during your spying sessions? :sifone:

Thanks! They are a lot of work getting it organized and on weigh in days, but other than that, it's not so bad. I just have too much going on in the next month to run one now. :)

THAT's the THING about reading TYPE WRITTEN writing...sometimes...things JUST DON"T sound the SAME to the READER when we read as the INTENTIONS go out when WE WRITE them!!! THAT's GREAT that it isn't FAT!! And I CONGRATULATE you for being a DAILY weigher and being SO adamant about IT!!! ;)

I am a scale whore--I'm the first to admit it. :D I cannot stay away from that damn thing. :rolleyes: I just find Scalentino irrisistable. :beating: Trouble is, most of the time he doesn't treat me very well....oh the mental abuse...Still, I keep coming back for more punishment. :smilielol5:

Since Monday, I've eaten an avg of 1550 cals per day and exercised for 2hrs 15min. That's me being on it..lol.
