BikiniBound's Diary

That's right Kim, keep tempting the competition with yummy high-cal goodies.:reddevil: :reddevil:

I'm sure those pounds will come off then when you lower your cals again. How long do you plan to be doing the refeed for the met-boost?

I think I might have just stopped the refeed..lol We'll see how it goes.

If fact, I bet this is part of your evil plan... tempting us with heavenly goodies to weaken our team strength! I know how you Omega-3's play the game! Lol! I kid, I kid! :D

Kimberly - get straight over to the challenge thread and maybe the team threads too and start describing these milkshakes. Maybe you want Rae to describe those blizzards that she keeps mentioning in her diary. You know - do a full description - and then say that you hope that everyone manages to avoid them because they are only available for a limited time so will not be available soon. :smilielol5::smilielol5::smilielol5:

Well done. Brilliant strategy! :biggrinjester:

LMAO! I knew you'd approve. :D

Tyly--I agree, that "limited time only" thing is just downright devious--Margaret probably invented the phrase. :D

:

I never even thought of the tax deduction..:sifone:

That's the best!!! My dd was born on the 20th of December and let me tell you that was a nice little bonus come the next year. By the way what critter would have been for 1999? That's the year dd was born. Gotta imagine it is something stubborn like a bull! LOL :smilielol5:

DAMN IT!

I just looked it up...

It looks AMAZING!!!

I bet they are done selling it...

:(

Don't count on it! They buy the syrup in bulk and will usually run the promo tell the stuff is gone. They still had it at my MickeyD's last night. But I didn't get one of those. I had a hot fudge sundae instead. :sifone:

Aha! so that's why your weight went up to 190...:D Looks like it's back down and then some, though. :hurray:

That would make your daughter a rabbit. Is she anything like this?
Timid and attractive, the Rabbits of the Chinese Zodiac tend to act more like bunnies, whether they like it or not! This Sign is extremely popular and has a wide circle of family and friends. Its compassionate nature leads it to be very protective of those it holds dear, but where romance is concerned, the Rabbit's sentimentality can lead it to idealize relationships. The sweet, sensitive Rabbit often ends up giving more of itself to a partner than is realistic or healthy. The good news is, when this Sign goes off-balance, the Rabbit's core group of friends and its stable home life help bring it back to center.

The Rabbit is a rather delicate Sign that needs a solid base in order to thrive. Lacking close, supportive friends and family, the Rabbit might just break down in tears at the first sign of conflict. Emotional upsets in this Sign's life can even lead to physical illnesses. Rabbits dislike arguments and other conflict and will try anything to avoid a fight; this results in something of a pushover nature. Rabbits can also lapse into pessimism and may seem stuck in life -- often to mask their insecure natures. Rabbits tend to move through life's lessons at their own, rather contemplative pace; it's a waste of time to become exasperated with this Sign's seeming disinterest in facing its problems and conquering them.

With the right partner -- meaning someone whose high principles won't allow it to take advantage of this sensitive, giving Sign -- the Rabbit can make an incredibly loving and protective partner or family member. Rabbits love to entertain at home and always make sure their house is comfortable and tastefully-furnished. What Rabbits need most is a stronger sense of self-worth and the security that comes with it. Their discerning natures, coupled with some hard-won assertiveness, will help these happy creatures go far.

All right--enough of this blizzard/Shamrock shake talk!! I'm about to head off to the gym, and I don't want to be tempted to swing by the McD's and get a SS. :drool5:

I'm just catching up here ...
9 inches of rain in 12hrs!
Wow that's massive. Our roads would be flooded if that happened. Actually I think my driveway would turn into a stream running in the front door ... We think 2 inches is a deluge ... seriously that is hard rain all day long ... 9 inches ... mmm ... Now where have I heard someone talking about 9 inches as a positive thing ....
... I just found out that the small one I ate has 530 calories!!!!!!!!!! :svengo:...
Yet having decided to ingest this high calorie treat, you chose the small one, and it is that sort of habit that saved you the other 530 calories!! Right! :D

Congratulations on your loss this week - you might not see yourself as having aimed at a loss, but even if it was 1 lb a week you lost and kept losing, you would be very slim by next Easter, right? :)

Let's Go Blue!! :D

Felici--actually, it's not a true loss b/c it's not a new low, I'm just bouncing back and forth right now. I've been trying to get my metabolism going again. I'm going to try dieting this week and see how it goes. My ticker weight is always set to my lowest, so anything above that is just fluctuating. :ack2:

9 inches of some things is good..haha. But 9 inches of rain or snow is rather excessive imo...:D Yah, I'll pat myself on the back for not getting the LARGE Shamrock Shake...lmao. Way to look on the bright side of things. :D

Still no word on our offer except that there are now 3 bids on the house. I should have an answer for sure tomorrow.

I'm going to look at a few more houses for myself tomorrow afternoon.

I've got my fingers crossed on your house offers!!!! Good Luck!

Shamrock shakes... thank goodness, I don't like mint that much. However, now I have a hankering for ice cream...

Man girly your weather sounds like the crap we have had around here latley.
The rain is coming back again Thurs-Sat the river is already tipping the banks.
GL with the house selling and your workouts are WOW kickass. You go girl,Hope you have a nice Tuesday..and may you need these real soon.:coolgleamA:

Calories and exercise are looking good, you should see a loss this week!!

Where's your Twin? I'm missing a team mate!!!

Tammy--we got snow flurries again yesterday and Sunday. It didn't stick to the ground, but still....I ended up walking two miles in the snow Sunday...lol. It was kinda pretty. Today is sunny and warmer--45F out atm.

Amy--I don't know where Kim is. I hope all is well.

James--I should've guessed you'd be a fan of the SS. They're magically delicious. ;)

Well, I just found out that one of the girls in my office who is just a year or two older than I is pregnant--happened during the first month of trying. :hurray: This gives me hope!!

I booked us a 4-night romantic weekend getaway last night. We're going to Ann Arbor (home of my Michigan Wolverines) Apr 3-7th to take advantage of peak fertility times. ;) There is a Korean restaurant right by our hotel that got good reviews by a guest on Orbitz, so I know we'll be checking that out at least once. :drool5: Our hotel room was going for $117 on Orbitz. I booked it on Hotwire for $52 a night! :cheers2:

Weight was down to 221.5 today--that's 1.5lbs less than yesterday. I'm hoping to get back to my lowest of 219 by Fri.
