BikiniBound's Diary

Congrats Kimmy for making sure to get that walk in after eating all those calories. This is how we can maintain after we've lost the initial weight you know, by understanding what we're consumming and knowing how to burn off the excess. I'm proud of you, chica. Good work.

You're like me...a girl who can't resist a mozzerella stick. They're just SO tasty. We have a bowling alley here that offers fried green beans as well. I know they don't sound particularly appetizing, but they're honestly very, very good. Thankfully I limit myself to one or two. I'm sure they're not too low in cals. LOL.

"Give you the business" that's hilarious. I love it. You and the H are so funny. I love coming in here. I get tickled with laughter.

Sorry to hear about that house being too complicated. I was getting excited there for you, having a gym so close and all. Ah well, I'm sure you'll find other avenues to pursue your getting in a workout.

You rock that exercise regime this week, honey! You can definitely get it in. And it wouldn't hurt to workout so much this week given your caloric intake for Easter. lol.

Keep rockin' on Kimmy. You go girl.

I must behave myself the next 4 days. :angelsad2: I have 4 days to do 3hr20min of exercise for the challenge.

I hear ya - I am there as well for behaving...and as far as the exercise - at least it isnt 6 hrs and 17 mins - like me - starting tonight - I must get all 6 hours in this week - thankfully I have the elliptical and i am working day shifts 3 of these 4 days...

Margaret--Well, I would never aim for a day, as you can never predict that unless you schedule a c-section. But it would be nice to get it within a specific period..lol. Whatever, the year of the Ox is next, and after reading the horoscope for it, it sounds ok to me. :D I know I sound like a looney nut with all this crap, but I'm kinda superstitious..lol. I also like even numbers, so I would rather my child was born in an even numbered year--but I don't wanna wait until 2010...lol.

Weight was up to 224 today. :ack2: My goal until Friday is to eat 1500 calories a day, and hopefully that will bring my weight back down.

It looks like my dueling offer situation is very close. I guess our offer is only a few hundred bucks higher than the other buyer's. We'll see what the bank says. Their's isn't contingent upon anything, but ours is contingent upon her house closing by April 15th--and we can't remove that contingency.

Girl what are we gonna have to do to get that damn weight below 219? I don't know why those pounds just won't budge, you have been working your ass off.

Your easter meal sounded yummo! I used to love mozzarella sticks but they make my tummy feel icky now and give me killer heartburn.

You need to have a baby by the end of the year not only for the Year of the Rat, but also because that little bundle of joy is a VERY nice tax deduction.

Rae--mozz sticks are yummy, and I can rarely resist one..lol. Luckily, I do not come into contact with them very often. :D

Having a house very close to my gym isn't that big of a deal. Atm, it's only a 5 min drive--yet I don't always make it..lol. I might just do a home gym thing anyway, once we move out. H would love to get a weight bench.

H has all kinds of sayings for sex, "giving me the business" is just one of them..lmao.

Cerella--Because Margaret does 50% of the weekly exercise and more, that only leaves a quarter of it each for Bella and I to do. We don't split it up 3 ways like most of the teams do. Why do you think I was so keen to have Margaret on my team?? :smilielol5:

Steve--thanks for the well wishes. Work has been very busy for me lately--and that's a good thing. ;)

Ok, now what the heck is a Shamrock Shake?!?!

It sounds like I totally missed out on something wonderful! :(

Is it mint?! It sounds like it might be! I'm going to be sooo mad if it is!!!

My favorite blizzard is Mint Oreo... I love minty stuff!

Actually, I haven't really been trying to lose weight the last few weeks--just to boost my metabolism. But, I think I'm gonna have to get my nose back to the grindstone and stop eating 3000 cals a day on the weekends. :smilielol5:

I never even thought of the tax deduction..:sifone:

I love not having to do the full exercise too! Having V on the team usually guarantees that she does 50% of the exercise. I try not to bank on it but I have a feeling I'll be using some of her minutes this week!

Oh honey! Where have you been? McDonals's has been offering these sinful things for years now..lol. Yes, they are mint. You can still get one--run to your nearest McD's and treat yourself after your next run. :D It's guarenteed to work off all 530 calories, right? :smilielol5:

Haha! Here's to having a teamie who does 50% of the weekly exercise. Clink :beerchug:

Tyly, as of Saturday you could still get them. I think Shamrocks are available until the end of March. :auto:

So they are STILL SELLING THEM?!?!?!

I give you 2 guesses where I am heading after work...

:auto:

Damn I wish I didn't know they were still there. Unfortunately I may be getting one soon :(. Maybe I'll have it for lunch one day this week. You ARE a bad influence!

HAHAHA - Ya I hear ya I think Im the only one that makes sure I get my full 3rd in...and I missed it last week by 35 mins...I wanted Tam on my team cuz she is great at loosing weight and exercises a fair amount nad I am good at exercising - lol - I thought we could balance off of eachother.

I'm such a bad influence!! :Angel_anim: :smilielol5:

Yes you are!!!

I had promised myself a low calorie week because of Spring Break splurging, but I don't know if I can turn down such a heavenly seasonal item that I have never tried before!

Ugh... decisions, decisions!

To be good or not to be good...

I might have to be strong for my team... I need to stay strong for my Weight Loss Warriors! If fact, I bet this is part of your evil plan... tempting us with heavenly goodies to weaken our team strength! I know how you Omega-3's play the game! Lol! I kid, I kid! :D

That's right Kim, keep tempting the competition with yummy high-cal goodies.:reddevil: :reddevil:

I'm sure those pounds will come off then when you lower your cals again. How long do you plan to be doing the refeed for the met-boost?

LMAO!! Tyly, you figured me out!! :banghead: :D Actually, I'm thinking that using lowfat frozen yogurt instead of icecream and skim milk would cut the calories in half, most likely. Mmm.... I may have to try this out. :D

So frozen yogurt, skim milk and mint extract--seems pretty simple to me. There--now I'm being a better influence. *pats self on the back*
