Thanks for the reality check Trops. It's just somewhat ironic that I work out harder than I ever have and lose less weight. I do know what you're saying though and you're absolutely right. If only you knew the trouble I was dealing with on the scale every week. I ran into a bunch of bad weekends, self inflicted of course, and the fluctuations have been killing me. It seems every friday im in the 260's and every monday I'm well back into the 270's... usually around 276. Here's to making this a good weekend!

Now I'm back down to 202, but that's still 5 pounds up from last week. Wrong way, Trops. 
) football fan (college and pro). So I love to tailgate when I go to games and grill/cook a lot of good food when watching at home. So, it is tough eating tuna salad during a game like I did today, when I would have loved some wings. Just gotta keep that right frame of mind.

.....probably another 6 month challenge, maybe starting 1st of Dec...or 1st of Jan....but ya know.....you get the drift!!! I MEAN SINCE, YOU DO THINK YOU WHIPPED IT OUT HARD CORE AND ALL....
