Walked ALL day long shopping.

It's ok Bep!! One bad night can't have hurt you too badly! You always do really well during the week!! Sometimes you just have to indulge!!:)

don't forget, you can cycle ur calories!
ur calorie intake should be actually higher every 4 days by just a lil.
so just be good for the next 3 days. ;)
 
LOL! I know it might have been a bit more if I hadn't had junk to eat this past Sunday because I was down lower than 213 Sunday morning...grrrrr....oh well....I had fun. It will go away again.

Wow....had some unexpected family company come yesterday and stay the night. Only had a few hrs yesterday to get ready for them. (which is why I haven't been on). Anyway...was a blast! They will be coming back here for another night next week. I love it when family comes to stay for visits!
 
at least your full house was welcome.... my roommate invited 8 people over to stay with us this week. This meant an extreamly messy house, apparently nobody knows how to clean up after themselves where they're from... I hate cooking in a messy kitchen.

I didn't count calories today because I was out and about and busy all day, but I stuck with 'old reliables' throughout the day...

Rotisserie chicken, green beans, French bread, 3 sq dark chocolate

Exercise: Walking ALL day shopping, then mowed back yard in PM.
