Dinner (early – 4pm):
Ham on 12 grain bread (light miracle whip, mustard, Romaine lettuce, red onions), some blueberries, & a few bites of cake (400)

Snack:
Ham wrap & baked Doritos (450)

Total cals: 1,550
 
We made a new thread called "Team D!!" in the same section as the weight loss challenge. This way it will be easier to keep track of each other!!
 
Ok Bep, I keep popping in to see your diary. You are totally my inspiration!! I don't have too much to loose, but it always seems so impossible for me to sick to anything. I see what you are doing, and it seems totally sensible! Great job! I think I'll try and start a diary soon. It might make me more responsible for what I eat and do.

I hate those days. I usually feel like that when I am bored or lift a lot of weights. Drink lots of water or try a fruit smoothie. That usually helps.
 
Ugh bep !! you're not a trucker diary reader !! *sniff sniff*

A catabolic is a food that take more calories to burn through digestion than its original caloric value was.

Ex: 1 carrot is 25 calories to eat, 75 calories burned through digestion, leaving you a minus 50 calorie balance.

I have had great success with catabolics due to the fact I can eat 6 to 9 times a day if I like. I never go hungry plus I lose weight by merely eating them.
 
Ah...I see...I knew about those foods, just didn't know the correct term for them.

I typically don't hang out in diaries because the other posts take all my time. I am going to need to start butting into some diaries of my new team members now and then though. Make sure everyone is in line. :p
