Dinner:
Taco salad (lettuce, tomato, 2 tbsp cheddar chs, taco meat, salsa), 1/3 piece of rice krispie treat (cals???)


Snack: Frozen yogurt w/ some chocolate in it (cals???)

Total cals: ????
 
Bep, I have been looking over your diary! You are really an inspiration! I have been working for only 3 days, but I love what you've done, and if I can get the courage, I'll start my own diary soon!
Great job on all the weight loss, and being so honest with yourself about everything you do and eat!!!

So you just celebrated your birthday. Happy Birthday. And for the record you are totally allowed to eat rubbish on your birthday! I know I did. I had two pieces of cake on my birthday.

1 whole tomato (26)

Snack:
1 can diet pepsi (0)

Dinner:
Chicken salad (Romaine lettuce, tomato, parmesan cheese, herbed chicken, FF balsamic vinaigrette) (656)

Ugh... "to thine own self be true!" Up 5 lbs to 222. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! Back to business!
 
Buffet - those are always a killer... least for me :(

It could be a lot worse.. Don't give up ... keep goin' forward... :)

Thanks for your comments. I don't know what my deal is...I was STARVING all day. Still am, but I am not going to let myself eat anything else today. :(
 
Am very sick. Ended up in the ER a few nights ago. Waiting for some results to know if I need to have surgery. Don't need to worry about dieting right now because I have been so sick I have been losing weight. Will start logging what I eat when I start feeling good enough to eat regularly.
 
OK....ate a bit better for almost 2 whole days. Got some fluids back in me. Settling at 219 so I will change my ticker down for now.
